Memphis Food Truck Park

Went for lunch with my husband. We were wanting to try some things from a couple different trucks, but glad we just picked one. We went with Bay's Wings and so happy we did! We shared the chicken egg rolls, shrimp PoBoy and 4 chicken tenders tossed in Honey Gold sauce. Both entrees came with fries and drinks. Very filling, cooked well and was nice and clean. We'd love to go back and see what the other trucks have to offer

We stopped by for lunch today at 1pm. I picked up the 32 strawberry lemonade for $5; which was so refreshing with fresh real strawberries. I also had the chorizo rice bowl from Pablo's. This was delicious and very filling. Overall I spent $21 with tax and tip. Honestly a little spendy for a food truck. But very delicious. I would recommend for a quick bite.

Baaaaby! Between that steak sandwich at Bay's wings and the Elotes from Pablo's, I'm smacked! Steak sandwich was a lil salty, but it was delicious, hot, and tender! That Elotes liked to had mad me walk back over there and slap the cook! Please do yaself a favor! Go eat and support Memphis!

It was a nice day to enjoy Memphis weather in the middle of November! I tried the Monte Cristo sandwich from Bay's Chicken and it was delicious. The fries with their special season was perfection! Clean area, great customer service. I hope Memphis supports this Food Truck Park because it's a great change from your normal work lunch routine. I'll be back for sure!

This spot is great. Lots of food trucks for lunch, covered seating. Spots for food trucks have electrical and water hookups, so they don't have to run generators. Bathrooms on site. Parking can be tight when busy.

Today at about 2:30pm at I-240 & Poplar west bound I witnessed a gray Dodge Ram pickup truck pulling a black Pablo's trailer force himself into lanes where other vehicles were, forcing vehicles to have to suddenly stop - with no regard to those already in the lane. A VERY DANGEROUS PUBLIC DISPLAY FOR THE COMPANY!!!

Always at least two trucks here great fried or Mexican selections.

Hen House Cornish Hens... OMG... was so good... I never had it before but will be going back. Jungle Brothers Burgers is good as well.. Philly Cheesesteak OMG.. y'all try them both..

I visited Bay's food truck,and It didn't disappoint. The mini egg rolls were great,and hot wings were fantastic. I'll go back to try out the other vendors at a later date.

Great idea. Went for lunch on a Friday. Unfortunately 2 trucks were not open. On a Friday? I'll try again tho.
