The staff at Dental Works are very professional and knowledgeable. I usually I to have my mouth numbed for simple cleaning but, this time I didn't. I am very satisfied with the staff and the Root Canal as well as the bridge I had to have. Keep up the good work ya'll! One satisfied customer
This is an amazing exceptional, capable caring dentist and staff. They are and have been throughout the years that we have been under their care. I rate this practice a 10 plus and highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care. They are above par up to date on the latest in dental treatments!!!
Dr. Dietz is wonderful, and so is his staff. They work together to find something that works for you. The last time I went there I couldn’t afford my care plan. They found the perfect credit card match for me! I’m impressed.
Dental works provided excellent and prompt service to me. Broke down and explained to me all that's needed to be done and what procedure would be performed and how it will be implemented for me to be back happily, smiling again. Nice friendly staff Thru out this entire building. Waiting area very cleaned and spacious. Highly satisfied with the results had my spacers put in today and braces put on Monday. I’m very excited about getting my braces
I went here because I was overdue for a cleaning and just wanted a overall check up on my teeth. We did x rays and the dentist assessed me. She told me I had four cavities that needed to be filled and that I would need this extensive cleaning. The cleaning they wanted me to get was going to cost 1600 and I don’t remember how much for the cavities. I decided to check around and compare prices and I soon figured I was being grossly over charged for the cleaning. I ended up going somewhere else for the cleaning and when the new dentist examined my mouth he told I had no cavities at all. I even asked him to check twice. But he continued to say my x ray shoes no signs and there are no visible signs. So beware the female dentist that is distant and unfriendly she will try to scam you.
I love love love Dr Dietz. I have been to so many dentists in the past but he makes you feel like your family and he listens and doesn't make me feel embarrassed about how much work I need done. He is the first and I hope he never goes away
The staff is always friendly and helpful. They go above a beyond to help and accommodate no matter what your need is be it payments, appointments, or the best way to resolve or fix the issues/problems/concerns. Dr Dietz is a fabulous dentist/ person. He is always smiling and concerned about you an your needs. If you weren’t smiling when you got in the chair you’ll be smiling by the time you leave the staff an Dr will put that joyfulness in you.
Dr. Dietz and his staff are always professional and helpful. And you are not there all day like previous dental offices i have experienced before. Dr. Dietz will explain to you what is going on and what is needed. He really listens too and take care of the needs of his patients. He is stuck with me !!!
The dentist who did my bridge didn't talk to me and was very impersonal. Also I'm unsure if she even cemented it correctly. Update: it came off. I had to go back and Dr.Dietz was amazing. I got to meet him this time. He took his time and also showed me how to properly floss under it and he placed my bridge in the right way.
