After being lead astray by false Medicare information - GOD blessed with an appointment with Higginbotham Family Dentist. I just left their office beyond relieved.Gratitude is a powerful emotion There are no words to express the depth of my gratitude to every single person in their office. If you need a dentist & staff that treat you like platinum I invite you to make an appointment with them. In closing I want to you to know that I really appreciate each of you for all of your guidance and support. The standard of care that you provided me with is far and above any and all I have had in my 66 years it was fantastic. I am extremely pleased. Thank you.
I was a new patient and my experience was exceptional. I loved that I was able to schedule my appointment, complete my paperwork online before arrival ,and didn’t have to do anything when I got there. The staff and Dr. was nice, thorough, and explained everything before doing anything.
Beyond hurt to make this review. It should never take over a year to settle insurance billing, nor should it take over 4 weeks to find EOBS after I provided them myself. To hold my hard earned money hostage due to two billing errors is poor customer service. The service I paid for in full after I was erroneously told wasn't covered by my insurance was also paid at 70% by my insurance. No refund was given due to improper billing of a service that was performed over a year ago. They have refused to provide proof of accurate billing despite multiple calls. I am unable to communicate directly with the mystery person responsible for the mix-up or the one who can authorized the refund owed to me. And besides that, I lost my dental home and now have to search for a new dentist for my daughter and I. Y'all really dropped the ball. I expected better from this organization. Endia, we're really going to miss you!
I had such a good experience today at Highinbotham. I was so nervous and everyone was extremely nice and comforting. And I ended up completely at ease. The entire staff was so kind. Would highly recommend. Especially if going to the dentist is nerve wracking for you!
Top notch facility! I was warmly welcomed by the staff and Dr. Fitzhugh addressed all my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this practice. It's 5 stars for sure!
Today was my first visit here. Over the years I have had some horrible experiences at the dentist. Here I felt at ease. They were punctual I showed up 15 to 20 min early and they took me straight back. Khadejah was my hygienist and she was amazing. She answered any questions I had and was very gentle and personable. I saw Dr. Higginbotham and loved him. Great bedside manner told me everything going on and I felt very comfortable when leaving knowing I'm in good hands!
We love this group! The entire experience is always professional, courteous, prompt, and accommodating! The staff in both the East Memphis and Bartlett offices are extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and provide excellentcare! The phone calls and text messages are also professional! A great choice for a dentist group with multiple locations!

Dr. Freeman and her staff are priceless. Welcoming and knowledgeable. They put my dental fears to rest. I WILL RECOMMEND them to anyone needing a dentist.
