Dr. Moore has been absolutely fantastic anytime that I needed him. I have extreme dental anxiety and have avoided the dentist for years. He always makes me feel more comfortable and reassures me that everything is going to be ok. His staff is excellent as well. I would recommend him to everyone.
Thank you for a response to my review of your office staff’s poor work practices. I have tried to make an appointment. I fully understand the concept of wait my turn. According to your office staff you have NO appointments available. I have a swollen jaw and possible infection and I am told by your bouncer answering your phone and screening your customers that you cannot help me. SO WHO IS REALLY RUNNING YOUR OFFICE? You are offering me an appointment after I was told yesterday that it would be over a week before I can be seen? I am so sorry that I did not plan better to wake up with a swollen jaw yesterday. NOBODY MAKES PLANS TO HAVE AN EMERGENT HEALTH CONDITION! All I asked for yesterday was to be seen sometime this week to be evaluated and possibly have an xray. Am I developing TMJ that is aggravated by bruxism? Do I have an infection beneath a broken crown? I tried to explain my discomfort to the person on the phone but she is as uncaring of a person that I have ever had the displeasure to encounter. So. If I want to exercise forgiveness for a third time, who do I need to ask for if I ever call your office again? The person currently answering your phone is absolutely no help. I am a past patient. A few years ago I showed up for my appointment. I called to let them know I was there and I waited in my vehicle which was their policy at that time due to covid. My appointment time arrived and they did not call me. After waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time I called them. My call was answered by the same condescending lady that knew I was waiting. She is rude. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time and I called them back. I got the same rude lady. She gave me no explanation other than I needed to wait my turn. I have done my part. I arrived before my appointment and now it is 45 minutes past my appointment. I left. I never got to see Dr. Moore but my leaving actually helped him get caught up with the other patients that were also waiting in the parking lot. Did he ever even know that he lost a patient that day? So where does this “less than 3 minutes wait time “ ridiculousness come from now?! As a patient I did like Dr. Moore. But does Dr. Moore really know how his bouncers at the door and phone are turning away patients? I currently have a dental problem. Reading Dr. Moore’s credentials he sounds very qualified to help me in my condition. I easily remember how I was mistreated by his office staff but I still tried to exercise forgiveness and try his office again. I STILL CANNOT GET PAST HIS HIRED BOUNCERS IN HIS OFFICE!!! Does Dr. Moore know how people contacting his office are being screened?
My dentist of 20 years retired and it took me awhile to find a dentist that I like. I happy that Dr. Moore was recommended to me. Hygienist was friendly, kind and professional.

Fantastic staff and Doctor! I can’t brag enough about how accommodating, and friendly Dr. Moore and his team are. I could cry. My temporary veneers look so good. I can only imagine how my smile will look with my permanent veneers. I used to have a terrible phobia of going to the dentist, but every visit has been like visiting a family and nothing short of professional.
Dr. Moore and his staff are wonderful and professional! My husband and I are both new patients to his practice and are beyond pleased. I went in for a cleaning and hadn't had a cleaning for a year prior due to Covid. Anna, my hygienist did a fabulous job! My teeth look and feel wonderful! Dr. Moore was able to replace some bonding on the spot without scheduling a separate appointment. We highly recommend them!
Everyone was great! Customer service was A1 and Dr. Moore was very knowledgeable.
Amazing experience from the consultation to the procedure. Dr. Moore and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure. Highly recommend this dentist office!
