I really and truly appreciate the kindness and assistance I received. Drew did an amazing job helping me with my fathers home going attire. He was very patient and supportive especially when I became emotional. I was very pleased with the customer service. I was also very pleased with the results. Thank you so much. My friend also picked out a shirt to match my fathers and he received outstanding customer service as well. Friendly customer service. It was really busy but everything flowed smoothly. Tamara was so nice and took her time to work with me and ensure o had everything I needed and it was a perfect fit. She was AWESOME!

Store will not allow customers the use of restrooms.  Store lost my husband/fiancees suit for 2 days. Said they found it then tried to give him the wrong suit. Also the original salesperson was a snob.  He disrespectfully assumed we couldn't afford a suit and tried to push a rental. Right before wedding we got the suit finally

I do not recommend this place. Terrible experience I have ever had. My wife and I came in looking for something nice to wear for a special occasion and nobody wanted to help. First when we walked in nobody greeted us and as we wondered around trying to find something the employees just kept starring at us. Eventually my husband went up to them to ask for help and they acted as if they did not want to be bothered. The guy finally decided to show us what HE WANTED us to buy and because my husband wanted to see other options he just stopped helping us and went to lean on the front counter. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and I will never shop this place again.

My husband needed a suit fitted for a wedding that is 3 months away and he was told no because it would be unfortunate if he got deployed and lost weight and then the suit wouldnt fit him anymore????? Well a loose suit is better than no suit, sounds like someone was being extremely lazy to me. We called the store in Cary and was told they would do it. A waste of time going there.

This store has taken us through the ringer--and not in a good way! We ordered custom suits in December BEFORE busy prom season for our summer wedding. All of our groomsmen received their suits in a timely manner except for one. This groomsman called several times and still did not receive an update about his order. We called this past week keep in mind we had to call THEM--they didn't call US to check on the order, and a sales associate told us the order was in stock and they had yet to call because of the busy prom season. Okay, cool--we were excited the suit was in. When the groomsman went to pick up the order , he was met with a very rude manager, Meredith. Meredith gaslit the groomsman, telling him the suit wasn't there and that it would have been put back after he failed to pick it up. Additionally, she tried to make it sound like the groomsman was being difficult and incompetent, although all the information needed, including the receipt, was provided.  When I called to speak with someone, I was hung up on twice before being connected to the manager, who happened to be Meredith. Once connected, Meredith had a condescending tone as she shared that the suit was IN FACT at the store on the clearance rack to be sold and stated she had shared this information with me when she indeed did not. After the problem was "resolved", the manager deflected the situation and continued to attribute her rude behavior to the store being busy.  We understand busy seasons at businesses; however, that is not an excuse for rude service and disorganization--especially from managers who are supposed to guide the expectations of the company.  We love Men's Warehouse with the exception of this location!

I went into the store expecting an exceptional experience. It was just a normal one. Person you tried to help me did his best. They didn't have the size that I needed. It's not their fault.

They were rude to my fiancé when he just asked a question. Also some of the employees  have very condescending attitudes. The girl that helped measure my fiancé was very nice and another gentleman we talked to while we waited to be seen was very sweet. Other than that had a horrible shopping experience, will not be returning. Found somewhere better down the road anyway. They don't have a big variety for men that are plus size either.

Men's Wearhouse does an impeccable job doing your measurements getting it exactly right for your tux or suit. I swear that my best pictures have come in Men's Wearhouse tuxedos for being a groomsman in friends' weddings. The tuxes look snazzy, polished, and bursting with color. Sometimes getting the arm length is tough but they always got it right with me. The staff was very patient while I tried mine on. A little pricey but the memories in their attire will last a lifetime.

Decarlo was a huge help in helping my husband find an outfit for our friends' destination wedding! His suggestions were extremely helpful. My boo dripping that swag!
