Never bought a suit before but this location made it easy. A gentleman named Jake was extremely helpful and basically walked us through everything. Also, they had the pants tailored the same night which was great. Professional experience, made buying a suit a lot less stressful than I originally thought. Thank you !
Good service but what made it 5 stars to me was the amazing tailor they have. Ive taken my clothes to other tailors recently but the best work came from this chain store. Quality stitching, sturdy, and best of all she knew exactly what I wanted. A modern taper to my pants. Great work!
A lot of items were missing price tags. A lot of items on the clearance shelf did not have any clearance price tags. Other than that it is a phenomenal location. The staff goes above and beyond. They are kind, courteous, and friendly. Definitely our preferred location. They offer everything from T shirts and jeans to full suits. All good brands and high quality.
I was measured by an individual who was being trained, and I’ll start out by saying that this led to a suit that people described as me, “swimming in.” When I came to pick up my rental, the manager answered the phone while servicing me. During this time, they only asked for my last name and double charged me for someone else’s suit. I received a different vest than any other groomsman, and the manager said it was due to my coat size. Bear in mind my coat was far too big, and I was nowhere close to the biggest groomsman, all of which had the correct vest. I will never, ever return to this place, and I am getting married in 2023.
I had a great experience! The store was super busy so it did take a while for someone to get to me, but that's how it goes sometimes. Nick Harris is a legend. He was super helpful, friendly, and put no pressure or judgement on me. A+

Store does not answer the phone, from the time my son and I walked in we weren't acknowledged, one of the sales persons walked by me and did not say excuse me. The only lady in the store seemed to have an attitude, did not look up when she spoke to the customers. I wouldn't waste my time ever again in this store. I didn't buy anything and I'm glad I didn't. I took my son to a different store that had better customer service abs made me want to spend money with them. There was a hiring sign on the window. Men's Wearhouse needs to hire all new people.
All I can say is thank you, Kori!! After we had a groomsman drop out of our wedding a month before, the replacement get his military orders, we figured asking for our money back would get a big, resounding no. We went in and Kori listened to our story 5 days before our wedding, and gave compassion to the situation. Not only was he sincere, he was professional, knew his craft, and just a nice guy. In the end we got our money back and I would recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a suit for any event. Ask for Kori!
They could use some help with pricing there inventory and sizes but they all had great attitudes while learning
Have sales associates with better attitudes. Give me the suit in the measurements that you took. Give me the suit earlier than 2 days before so that there is time to replace the items instead of saying, "it might come in, it might not." Also, what rental place has people return things on the weekend and not the first business day? Overall, your sales associates have the worst attitudes and act like everyone that walks in there is a burden on them. I can see why you lost your partnership with David's Bridal to The Black Tux. UPDATE: MWH responded to this review and asked me to reach out. I did take them up on that offer and they ghosted me and still have not responded. Consistent with their cultural issues that I talked about in the review above.
