Disappointing experience! We were told that alterations is free during the fitting. When we came back to pick up the suit, they charged us alteration fees! Mustafa was terrible in handling the miscommunication and keeps saying it’s the store policy which was unclear and completely different from what we were told. In addition, hearing the employees chatting that they need to make money as the store is not doing well! Absurd! Will NOT return!
I rented a tuxedo from here for my wedding that took place this past week. The experience was great and I would highly recommend to anyone. I didn’t have much experience with tuxedos, but the sales representative did a great job of explaining everything and made sure the sizing was correct. Everything showed up on time as promised, fit properly, and looked great. It was also fast and easy to return after my event.
A few days ago I called, they told me to come in, and we will do the alteration of my work pants right away. It was a gentleman talking on the phone and I told him that OK I will be there tomorrow. He said that’s totally fine, but then when I went, the customer service lady was upfront on the front desk, and she told me that I am lying, we never said anything like this, and we are 20 days behind, and it will take them 20 to 30 days, just to do an alteration off the length of three pants. I highly do not recommend this place. It’s not the place, it’s the people working there that is making the place look bad.
Long time customer of mens wearhose, and have shopped at this location many times. Customer service has gone down considerably recently. Difficult to get help, require dry cleaning within a week to get clothes tailored, and not worth the expensive prices.
Variety at its best, various options, friendly staff and things to suit your needs. Buying options or renting, it's all there from a silk to shoes.. For school, college, prom, groom or his best friends... They provide you with the options and variety. Looked for my sons graduation and found and completed the whole process in 1hrs and we were all set. One stop for all.
Horrible. We are 8 days away from our wedding and my fiancé does not have the tuxedo he ordered in January. The sales associate Michael did his measurements and assured us the tuxedo would fit my fiancé’s measurements and that they could alter it to be slim-fitted the way he requested. Michael assured us of this and took all his measurements. My fiancé went to pick it up the day it was ready April 12, 10 days prior to our event. And what a MESS. It was baggy, the pants were too short, the sleeves were too short, and the shoes were the wrong color. He went back on April 13th and they said to come back later when the manager was there. He went back today April 14th. 8 days prior to our wedding. The manager told him there is NOTHING she can do. She refused to alter it. And she told him he would need to purchase a DIFFERENT suit if he wanted a different fit. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible to experience after my fiancé and all his groomsmen’s and our ring bearer spent hundreds of dollars months ago. I am in disbelief and will highly encourage anyone who asks to never visit Men’s Wearhouse.
Had a 6pm appointment. At 6:10 I asked associate, who was standing in front of Manager, what time my appointment would be ready. He responded “we don’t honor those, it’s just a free for all, 1st come 1st serve.” Manager stood there quite and in that awkward silence I decided to go to JoSaBank
Izzo and Mustafa are exceptional. If you have an important evening, these two are the gentlemen to see beforehand. Thank you both!
Daniel was fantastic and helped a lot, this is my second custom suit at this location, highly recommend!
I rarely leave reviews but the customer service we have received from Anila has been nothing short of extraordinary. Her attention to detail, kindness and genuine care has been amazing and so appreciated during our wedding planning process. She is a true professional and excellent at what she does. Could not recommend this location enough. Thank you thank you.
