Thank you, Mike Carter for helping me load mulch into my car. Caring and personable. Taped a hole in the bag so mulch didn't leak in the car. Thank you, Mike. You are great asset to Lowe's.

Apparently Menard's has a policy that in order to get a refund for an item you purchased online for curb pick up that is out of stock, you need to come into the store. This defeats the purpose for those of us with severe anxiety. I called the store and one of the managers, Corey Kitchen picked up. Corey came out to my car to talk to me then processed the refund himself without me having to go in. This would have been a 5 star review for Corey's awesome customer service but without Menard's stupid policy he wouldn't have had to step up. Nice job Corey and thanks!!

Worst experience I have ever had with a building materials supplier. They provided misinformation and improper advice. Their staff was rude, insulting and completely lack any knowledge needed to provide you with quality advice and service. Told me my building materials were correct, then come to find out 4 months later what they sold me would not work. Forcing me to buy additional correct materials. Also, the trusses they provided had termite damage which they refuse to cover. Their craftsmanship of their trusses is so poor the truss plates don't even connect to the truss tie-ins see pictures At this time they said I could return any unused materials. However, when I went to return the $2,100+ of product they said I was only allowed to receive store credit. Now I have to eat the $2,100+ and have no way to recoup the money. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. LITERALLY ANY OTHER COMPANY THAN THIS ONE. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR ADVISE AND WILL COST YOU THOUSANDS IN EXTRA MONEY TRYING TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES.

Unless you are grabbing something off the shelf, I would stay away from this location. Terrible service. After 4 months of being reasonable with them I had to get a refund on countertops because they repeatedly messed the order up due to poor communication and each employee trying to push their work off on the next guy. Every service department is incredibly slow. Save your time with the service based purchases and go to lowes or homedepot .

Best place to shop for home improvement, repair, new projects and so on. They have a lot of stuffs for your needs. The best part is I always found the things I am looking for and at a price way lower than it’s rivals Home Depot and Lowe’s. We took processed wood for our backyard deck project last year and the wood has not shown any degradation since. High quality and lower prices compared with competitors, what else do you need.

Very disappointed with Jackson Road Menards on a paint purchase yesterday. I was not provided with accurate information when I asked what paint was on sale and then found that a discount was not applied at checkout. The "manager" implied that it was my misunderstanding . They have lost this customer permanently to Lowes just down the street..

Wow, what a great experience. Our cashier Tyler was absolutely outstanding and made our day. Can’t wait to be back.

Had a little trouble finding what I needed. I hate getting lumber here. I just wish they would give you at least a general idea on where your item was in the yard.
