Menards is perhaps the greatest store that has ever existed. You want to get play wood, roofing, and a gallon of milk all at the same place? Look no further Menards has got you covered. This is probably one of my favorite stores to just walk around and get ideas for home improvement projects or just fun hobbies to try. They also have every piece of hardware you could imagine, every screw bolt and nut you could imagine they can provide it. I also really like that there are multiple examples and pictures of each different railing, tub or shower, or fence set up. So you can imagine how it would look before you purchase and install anything. Also the checkout system is pretty nice, one of the few places where someone else actually checks you out still. And there are always rebates where you can mail in the receipt.  Overall I would highly recommend stopping by Menards and buying some soda. 10/19

Looking for outdoor compatible ceiling fans. Not only did they have them, but Patriot brand! Made in the USA !!!  I'll always pay more for US made products than those made in China.  Had them installed and they are of great quality.  Buy American, hard to find sometimes, but if you take your time you can usually do it.

We were told by one of their associates that a vanity and vanity top would work together.  We ordered it on 08/21/22. The vanity top had to be reordered several times because it came in broken.  We finally got an intact vanity top on 03/25/23.  Unfortunately the vanity and top did not work together.  Attempted to return the vanity and they wanted to give me store credit, which there is not way I will use $575 there because I will never be going back.  Anyway here we are May 19th, still trying to get a resolution. Supposedly the local store in Olathe KS said they sent a request form for a check refund on 04/03/2023 but on 04/21/23 the Asst Manager asked for another copy of the receipts.  There isn't a number for Corporate that I can find and even if you email them, you won't get a response.  Fortunately, I found a vanity at Home Depot, so I'm happy on that front.  So much for their motto "We're dedicated to Service & Quality"

Corporate thieves. The return desk kid was too busy joking with coworkers to hear me say my original bank account had been hacked and closed. He then refunded my money to this nonexistent account and laughed saying the managers could fix it. Wrong. Manager Jake told me that my money was "floating in space and it was the store's fault" but he would not fix it. I wrote corporate detailing everything but they only said thank you for my business.  This is gross negligence and blatant theft. Such a dangerous place to spend your money and should never be trusted.  Remember that anything you buy may not be returned with a legal refund.  Update: Menards has responded here with a blanket reply telling me to contact the manager and signed with a random name and the Menards team. They called this a bad experience but it is blatant theft. An unacceptable lack of responsible caring regarding the total of customer support and unprofessional deficit of leadership in this store. They stole my money and I have receipts. Buying anything from this store is a total gamble that everyone should be aware of. Shame on this dump.

Do NOT waste your time and money. We bought cordell cabinets from Menards. They are particle board frames and as you can see they had several areas where the particle board was in very poor condition. These were $600 cabinets and they are not worth it at all. They took 5 weeks to ship to us and this is what we got. The only way to fix it was for us to haul them back to the store and reorder them and wait and hope they weren't in terrible condition. 100% do not get these cabinets - you will regret the price and hassle for an inferior product and the poor response from menards in trying to remedy it.

When this location first opened, I thought it was just going to be a hardware store. But it’s really more of a department store. Just about anything you need is right here! The associates are also helpful at checkout. It’s nice after they scan your items you can bag it yourself.

Just left this place. I went in  to buy materials for a fence, including stain. I sat in tbe paint department a good 5 min. Walked the length of the store all the way to the lighting department. Not one employee.  Finally find someone to help me.  As i am leaving I spot the manager Vazaun and l tell him know about my issue Vazaun immediately becomes  argumentative. Instead of acknowledging the situation,  or dare I say maybe even aplologize, he treats me as if its my fault. Vazaun may not have been the best choice  for store manager. In fact, i would opsuggest finding a canidate that has more experience, therefore better qualified.

Truly the worst customer service in any Menards location ever!! After not being able to locate an item in it’s designated spot, we tried to get the attention of a worker named, Johnny. He heard us but ignored us he looked up right at us and continued to organize some pipes on a cart. So I said, ‘hey’ again but slightly louder to get his attention. He then started storming towards me like he was going to get me physically while yelling at me. It was terrifying. He also yelled at me stating that he was busyworking on something. He then stormed off saying he would find someone and literally never returned. Even 15 mins later he was nowhere to be found. He never went to get us help. We had to ask another employee to call the manager on duty to speak to him. The manager in duty was pleasant. Seems like Johnny shouldn’t be working in an establishment that requires him to be in customer service. If you would like to enjoy your trip to Menards and get help when needed without be verbally assaulted and darn near physically assaulted, I’d suggest avoiding this location! Make the drive to another location. I’ll never return there again!!

Great place with way more than you expect from a normal home supply store. Food, drinks, toys, in addition to all the home supply and tools of every kind.

If a midwest farmer made a store, this is it.  Everything literally in one stop under one roof. Childrens toys and books to light bulbs, plants, clothes, cleaning/office supplies, hardwsre, plumbing, groceries, etc.  Good luck making sense where it should be but the 11% mail in rebate makes you come back.  Currently, they have an 11% rebate.  They also carry pots, players and grow lights all year unlike lowes and home depot.
