I visited the doctor for the first time. The staff were friendly and I waited just a few minutes. Dr. Menocal is super awesome, he fixed my issues on the same day....and he saved my life. He sure is a brilliant doctor. Wish I went to him sooner, I'm there to stay. I don't want to see any other doctor from this day forward. Thank you Dr.for everything.
Was schedule for my 3rd dose of the gardasil vaccine. Woke up early to arrive, exposed myself to a large amount of people who were ill, just to be told Dr. Menocal has no more gardasil in stock and he doesn’t plan on ordering any more. No one told me this beforehand, had I known I never would’ve exposed myself and in turn my family to sickness if someone had the courtesy to call me. Very, very disappointed. Staff is always nice and welcoming but this was such a major failure on Dr. Menocal/his staff’s part of not notifying patients when their vaccine is no longer in shock. People take off work to make appointments, they need to do better. An inventory should be taken at the end of every day and follow the appropriate steps needed in order to advise patients not to come into the office since their vaccine is not available. Very disappointed.
My primary care dr is through Menocal Family Practice madelyn she is great to work with. I am also going to this practice for allergy shots with Lily and Sydney gives the shots to me regularly both Lily and Sydney women are awesome. Working with great people definitely makes getting allergy shots twice a week a lot better.
This is the best Dr's office I have been to in many, many years. The Dr's and staff are all friendly and genuinely care about their patients. I have been dealing with rude secretaries, and uncaring Drs for years. I'm so glad a friend of mine recommended Dr Chris to me! He is fabulous!
I recently had a physical with Ms. Nelson CRNA, NP. To say that I was impressed would be an understatement. I felt as if I was listened to, concerned about, and above all CARED for. I’m truly grateful and appreciative all that was done for me.
Dr Menocal has been my Dr for MANY years and HES THE BEST! His staff & Michelle are fantastic too and i wouldnt go anywhere else. Hes very east to talk to too. Ive watched his practice grow and hes just great, i cant say enough!!! The help & support he gives the community is like NO OTHER!! Thank you Doc for ALL you do !!
My first and last experience with Menocal. I was seen for a routine physical. The provider seemed to be in a rush. Upon leaving, I had an order to see a cardiologist, which wasn't even discussed during my visit. When I asked about this, she made some snide comment about "well don't go if you don't want to go". I was also given an order for bloodwork. I had to follow up twice just to get the results. When I talked to the provider and MA, I was requested to come in to discuss, which I declined. I have a high deductible plan and didn't feel it was fair to pay a $150 office visit fee for a 30 second conversation that could happen via phone. They seemed to understand that and consulted with me on the phone. I was told a prescription was being sent to Wegmans and ready in the morning. Come to find out, no prescription was sent and there wasn't even a record in Menocal's records about this. That's scary! To top things off, I got called by the practice manager, Michelle, who not only cut me off as I was trying to explain myself, but provided backhanded 'apologies' and went as far as to say 'sorry you made the decision to select a high deductible plan'. This practice is a disaster... avoid at all costs. I'm left with the cost of a visit and bloodwork, but no medication and now having to find a new provider.
I had a great experience with Dr. Susan. The front desk staff was also fantastic. I highly recommend this place.
My husband and I had our first appointments today to become established patients with Dr. Julio Menocal. He was wonderful! He took the time to really listen to us and made us feel comfortable. The front staff and medical assistant were also very friendly! I highly recommend this practice for you and your family!
Dr.Menecol and Mr.Chris are excellent and caring providers. They always provide the best care weather it be a physical or mental issue. This office really cares about their patients.....Front desk has greatly improved from years ago , years ago. Thank you to this office for providing excellent care for my family.
