Menomonee Falls Animal Hospital

I’ve been taking my pup here for years. The pet experience is obvious and the costs are reasonable. I recently had a pet emergency and my mind was eased with thorough explanations and genuine care.

If I could leave a no star review I would I schedule an appointment and called to verify drop off times and things not covered when scheduling the appointment. The vet who claimed to be the owner answered and was very short and acted like his time was precious. He actually asked me why I’d don’t take my pets to a different vet instead and disregarded the fact a blizzard is coming and laughed at concerns of not being able to drive to pick them up after. Worst bed side manner I’ve ever experience. Also went on to tell me to cancel he’s not forcing me to come in and he has a lot of other customers. Not with that attitude you won’t have any for long please don’t waste your time and money with this ungrateful vet!

If I could give zero, or negative, stars I would. This guy's demeanor is terrible and his practices are out of date. He pointed out that he's been in practice for 18+ years, but has clearly never done any continuing education. He's rude, didn't want to answer my questions, just kept saying "it's on the homework sheet". Which most of my questions were not. Every single one of his business hours say something different. My animal ended up with an infection, and I did not trust him to handle it, so I took them to an urgent vet who was BEYOND helpful and kind, and when they called him to retrieve my animal's records, he IMMEDIATELY called to harass and blame me for what had happened. Do not waste your time or money, even it if seems convenient and you can get in soon. THERE'S A REASON NOBODY WANTS TO BOOK WITH HIM.

Our regular vet was closed and they. They could see my dog on a Saturday. It was a good experience and my dog is doing well. We are considering making a change to them.

TLDR: version - Great experience, would recommend, ignore the one star reviews. He cares more about your pet than perhaps sugar coating his words, but by no means is he rude. We brought our year old Saint Bernard there to be fixed. We couldn't get in to our regular vet at a time that was convenient to our schedules so we found Men. Falls Animal Hospital online. My wife was a bit nervous after reading some of the one star reviews regarding his bedside manner and reluctantly agreed to go. We were also a bit concerned because our "puppy" is a tad rambunctious and being 130 lbs. makes him definitely a handful. The vet tech was awesome at handling him which made us both feel comfortable. We were late in picking our dog up my wife transposed two numbers for her cell phone contact number and he was very polite in dealing with OUR mistake. He had every right to be mad at us as he called the other number several times and the lady on the other end was very rude to him. We also needed to take our puppy back earlier than expected as he got around his cone and started licking at his stitches. Again, the vet was polite and kind while treating our dog. I would recommend this vet to anyone needing one. We seriously considered making him our regular vet but unfortunately we live too far away for it to be reasonable.

My sweet kitty healed very well and is happy as can be!
