The Mental Health Association of Morris County envisions a just, humane, and healthy society in which all people are accorded respect, dignity, and the opportunity to achieve their full potential free from stigma and prejudice.
The Mental Health Assoc. of Morris County's Mission is:
1. To empower people in recovery from mental illnesses to live quality lives in their communities
2. To empower family members to become partners with mental health consumers and professionals in the treatment and recovery process
3. To link people who have mental health treatment needs to available services and resources
4. To fill gaps in the Morris County mental health service system, modeling effective high-quality programs and services which are responsive to consumer needs and preferences
5. To increase public awareness of mental health and mental illness, and to promote mental wellness for everyone.
