Meraki is hands down my favorite studio in the city. The classes are challenging, the space is gorgeous, and the instructors go above and beyond to make every workout feel special. Plus, their class times are great for most people who have jobs to get to. I would recommend this place, even if you've never tried any of these types of classes. And who doesn't love bouncing on a trampoline as cardio??
Meraki Studio is a lovely place to step away from your day and take time for yourself. The simplistic, clean, and open environment promotes positive energy as soon as you step through the door. Each of the instructors are genuinely friendly and promote positive energy and positive self-image no matter your body type. "We are here because we love ourselves, not because we dislike ourselves."--one of my favorite class mantras. I have been taking classes at the studio for over a year now, and I can honestly say that I feel and see a difference in strength and appearance more so than any other workout that I have done. I love the studio and all the friendships that I have developed there. I highly recommend it!
Really amazing place to workout. Attended a bounce Strengthen + tone by the owner Laura. Really fun, challenging workout. It's one of those class types where you really have to pay attention so you forgot about all the worries of the day that may pop up in your head during more relaxed things like yoga. The space is beautiful and well maintained. Loved that there were candles burning. Equipment was provided and well kept. Laura was welcoming and encouraging.
What an amazing workout!! Great intensity with challenging toning segments And the cool down segment was so relaxing. I left feeling exhilarated and very much looking forward to my next class. And Laura, wow! She’s so friendly and engaging. Highly recommend!!
Love the space! Super trendy and clean studio in the strip district that has huge windows. im not a huge fan of Barre in general but I tried a class for free with my friend and it was enjoyable! Definitely challenging with its micro-movements and core moves, but I barely broke a sweat. I'm going to go back to flow yoga and cardio at my gym. Recommend trying out this studio though if you like Barre!
Such a clean, beautiful space! The instructors are very knowledgeable and encouraging, and Laura the owner is very warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend the Pilates and BareAmped classes.
I could not find legal parking and the lot next door was completely full. I finally found a spot in a loading zone and the doors were locket a minute after the class started. The instructor was rude and I ended up leaving because I was more worried about getting a parking ticket and did not think it was worth it to stick around a class that did not seem supportive or motivational. I’m sure there are good classes here and maybe if you live nearby and don’t have to park it’s perfect but this was my experience thats why 2 stars and not 1. I thought I’d give it a try but I won’t be coming back.
Beautiful place located conveniently in the Strip. Website is super easy to navigate, get informed, and schedule a session. I would not recommend visiting to schedule/get information. No one ever seems free to help. I've tried 5 times.
Friendly, welcoming instructors, awesome classes, and immaculate and clean studio. I leave feeling energized every time, highly recommend!
