One on One Personal Training was founded by Charles Cook, a nationally certified personal trainer, master fitness trainer, and weight loss specialist. Charles believes in leading by example through maintaining his own nutrition and fitness lifestyle.
Charles has been in the personal training field for over twenty years and has a solid background in anatomy and physiology. He is knowledgeable in both the muscle-skeletal and cardio-respiratory systems. He understands energy metabolism and how it affects muscle growth, fat utilization, and energy levels throughout the day and all areas of athletic performance.
As your trainer, Charles has the education, experience, communication, and motivational skills to help inspire you. He has created a fast paced fun training system that has proven to get the results you want! Just one workout with Charles and you will never look at working out the same way. His areas of specialization are special populations that include obese individuals, deconditioned individuals, the elderly and athletes who desire specific sports conditioning. Resistance training, plyometric training and size and strength training all included.
