Mercer Sydell Dental

Excellent experience!! I'm from Central NY, I was in town house and dog sitting for my daughter when one of my crowns came off. My daughter suggested that I call Mercer Dental on Monday and they were able to get me in on Wednesday. The receptionist was very pleasant and asked that I complete the online forms and sent me the link to do so. The forms were very easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Galen was very nice and explained to me what she was going to do. I highly recommend this dental office.

I just recently started going to Mercer Dental and I have to say my experience has been amazing, the staff are very polite and friendly. I had Kristy both times, she’s is lovely and thorough! Nothing but positive things to say about her and her services. I will be recommending Mercer Dental to all my Family and Friends.

The office was clean and neat. My wait time was under 4 minutes. My dental assistant was friendly, knowledgeable efficient. The dentist that served me was also friendly, and thorough. My experience at Mercer Sydell Dental was very good.

I don’t like this dentist office. I got horrible service! To my understanding I was saw by Alyssa Ling, she’s new onboard. However, when she was taking pictures of my teeth she only put cushion on the tool once it was only 6 pictures left to take out of 18. When she was measuring my gums she was to rough. She was rushing the process nor was she concerning of my time, she was very vague when giving explanations and I didn’t get what I came for which was a cleaning. They look to see what the can charge you on before anything. I’m not satisfy with the service. After almost about two hours Dr.Brad came by to give me quick explanations of my teeth and I was instructed to follow up for a cleaning and fillers. However, I am in the mist of finding another dentist office.

Not happy with my latest visit. My file showed I had root canal done at referred orthodontist. Came in for a cleaning and to get my hole filled. Hygienist and dentist knew a hole would be left because they stated that orthodontist does not fill holes. Then told that the report was not sent from orthodontist and I would be contacted for return appointment. Almost a week and no contact. A digital report does not take one week to be sent. This hole could have been filled in 10 minutes. Why do I have to wait and return for a second appointment? Not happy with this treatment after 20 years of being a patient.

Mercer Dental is always on point. Their staff is always pleasant, efficient and helpful. Kristy my hygienist always listens to my concerns and spends time making sure my visit is great! Dr Sean has always explained every procedure in a way I can understand and makes sure I am fully informed prior to starting. Great practice with a great group of people who care!

I have been apprehensive about going to the dentist since Covid. The doctors and their staff are wonderful and helped calm my concerns. I would definitely recommend Mercer Sydell. Dental practice to my friends and family.

Mercer Sydell dentists and staff are professional, knowledgeable, skillful, organized, and amiable. Waiting time is pleasantly minimal. My dental technician Felicia’s skill and manner are a pleasure and make my experience much more positive.

The staff was pleasant and polite, the doctor and assistant were great to deal with and made my visit pleasant and one of the best that I could ever had.
