I am pleased to say Mercury Pharmacy has made managing my parents medications completely stress free. The staff are extremely helpful dedicated to patient-first care. Prescriptions have always been available on time and without hassle.
I have worked with Mercury Pharmacy for almost 20 years. The owner, Steve Boulanger, has built an amazing, patient focused business. As an Executive Director of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, I never had to worry about our residents receiving their medication timely. Their team always goes above and beyond to make sure their patients get everything they need. During the pandemic, Mercury Pharmacy went out of their way to accommodate getting everyone their vaccines and boosters. I can’t say enough about the quality, professionalism and dedication of Mercury Pharmacy.
We receive my father’s medications through Mercury Pharmacy. You are unlikely to find a pharmacy as accommodating or intent on giving their clients a positive customer service experience. I appreciate the patience, support and communication I and my family have received when frustration arises about his doctors not sending in orders as quickly as we’d like. The delivery of medications is quick if needed, and the packaging gives me peace of mind that there will be no mistakes when the medication is administered to him. They have also been accommodating enough to fill some of my personal prescriptions and have always had them ready to go for me as soon as I arrive
Mercury Pharmacy has been great especially during this pandemic. Their team is kind, responsive and always delivers on their promises. I have never been disappointed
They provide meds for my father-in-law and always keep me up to date with changes and always reach out if anything looks out of the ordinary. Helpful staff who really seem to care for their patients.
I get my grandpas heart medication from here. The staff here are nothing but helpful and loving.
