We are a full service animal hospital located in our new facility in Monroe, NC. Our services range from sick appointments, healthy vaccine appointments, routine surgeries to emergency services. I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. I’ve always had a hard time finding a vet I could fully trust with my sweet girl Maple, but everyone at Mercy was kind and patient. I felt well informed and connected throughout the whole visit. I will be bribing Maple again and I would recommend this animal hospital to any pet parent looking for care they can trust!
Sometimes vet visits feel like a chore, but this office and staff makes each visit an effortless process. I had my senior lab with them for years and more recently my rambunctious lab mix. The receptionists make appointment scheduling a breeze, they offer same day/ same week appointments when they can and they have some later hours that work great for my schedule. My senior lab had last minute medical concerns to arise and they still worked me in, even with their already booked schedule. They saw my senior lab a lot in her last days and they always took special time with me to review her quality of life and treatment options. Their prices are very reasonable and they provide estimates for the recommended services, but never force anything to be completed. When it came time to euthanize my senior lab, they were so compassionate and thoughtful through the whole process. The assistants explained each step of the process and gave me as much time as I needed with her in her last moments. With my lab mix visits are more crazy because she is so rowdy. The assistants let me go straight to a room so I don’t have to wrestle with her in the lobby. The techs and Dr. Jones are considerate of her temperament and are so gentle with her and they make the visits a breeze. I refer everyone I can to Mercy, they’re the best!
5 stars aren’t enough! My fur babies have been patients since they were pups. From first puppy shots to routine surgical procedures to sick visits, the quality of care is always the best! Dr. Jones is so knowledgeable and always helpful with answering all my questions. The receptionists and veterinary assistants are always so friendly to me and loving to my pets. You can feel everyone’s compassion with each visit!
I have to thank Dr. Jones so much for helping my babies. I recently went in because my pup has have been having some stomach issues. My previous vet help the stomach issue but it never resolved. Come to learn that she was having stomach issues due to her anxiety, after we started her on anxiety meds I could see such a difference. Dr. Jones took the time to answer any question I had and never made me feel I only had to go with one route. And thank you to the assistant named "Rootie" for loving on my pup during the exam, as it allowed me to focus on consulting with the docter.
We have for the most part, enjoyed coming here for over 25yrs. and we are very fond of Dr. Jones, unfortunately the prices seem to go up with every visit and now they are adding an additional 3% for credit cards. My multiple pet bills are hundreds of dollars and I don't often carry that much cash. Also the newer staff seems to have lessened the quality of care that we have experienced in the past.
I took my sweet little Maltipoo to Mercy animal hospital. They were attentive and kind. They cared for her. It mean so much to me! Great staff.
Dr Jones and the crew are awesome. The staff are kind, considerate and are super helpful whenever I have questions or concerns. They always take care of my fur babies I have 4. I highly recommend bringing your little ones.
Initial visit was great. I was very impressed with Dr Charles Jones and his entire staff of dedicated and friendly individuals. I was recommended by a neighbor and I called Sarah after our appointment to thank her for recommending Mercy Animal Hospital. We are coming up on a year with Mercy and are still loving our experience. From the easy to schedule, quick and thorough well visits to the very attentive "sick" visits, we have had a great experience with both. The staff is patient and knowledgeable, Dr Jones gives his full attention during your full appointment.
Cannot recommend the team at Mercy enough! Staff is always friendly and inviting. Dr. Charles and all of his assistants are top notch in knowledge, skills, and personable with you and your pet! Above and beyond service for myself and my puppy. Would recommend to anyone and everyone, you won't be disappointed!
