Thank you for visiting our page! Our desire is to help family pets live the best and healthiest life possible.

Available care for the four-footed family members that come through our door include comprehensive physical examinations, use of our extensive on-site as well as out-sourced laboratory services, digital radiology, allergy testing, hospitalization, analgesic/anesthetic surgical, and dental services. Limited boarding is available. Reservations are made on a first-come/first-served basis.

Nutritional counseling is available. We carry a variety of prescription diets from Hills, Royal Canin, and Purina. We will also be happy to make recommendations for commercially available diets and supplements, as indicated, for your pet's nutritional needs.

If you are looking for flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, we keep a full stock. Some of our brands kept on hand include Frontline Plus, NexGard, Vectra 3D, Revolution, Advantage, Heartgard, and Sentinel. We are recommending treating your pet year-round for heartworm.

Please also be aware that unless we have snow coverage, the ticks are out! We are seeing an increase in the lyme disease in our area. Please be proactive in keeping your animals protected against this disease.

Very positive experience at Mercy / Banfield. I called this morning & they were able to get our dog in quickly to check on an ear infection. She was showered with affection from all of the staff. We've been with them for 2 years now, and have had no issues. I know the transition from Mercy has been bumpy for some, but we've been very pleased.
This place has turned into an absolute clown show after they got bought by banfield. My dog has a prescription Food due to allergies. I have it on auto ship and after I didn’t get it I reached out to chewy who said they have tried to contact banfield multiple times to update the prescription but they can’t get a hold of anyone. I called banfield and asked what was going on. I was then told that they have the request from chewy but haven’t sent it back yet. Why they think it’s ok to just sit on that request is wild to me. While they picked up first time I called this time, it is usually an absolute nightmare to call in. Another time I sat in the lobby waiting for my dog. The front desk said he will be right out. Ten minutes went by and the front desk went back to look for him and then came out and said he will be right out. Another 15 minutes went by and she went back again and then my dog came out. When the girl came out with my dog she said sorry I didn’t know you were here to pick him up for some reason nobody decided to tell me. So I don’t know what the front desk lady did but her messsage of im here somehow never got to the person responsible for bringing my dog out. While that’s not a big deal on its own and I can wait 20 minutes. It is indicative of the larger issue. Their communication is trash. Place is a dumpster fire. Stay away.
The place is great, but the office manager is rude, aggressive and way too full of herself. After already giving me a writted quote on an impacted baby tooth she then said we've had a price increase and it will be apx. $50.00 more to do that tooth. I'm pretty sure that is illegal but why bother were not doing it @ Mercy. After a 20 year membership 2 dogs and so much positive reaction that was a bit over the top.
Today I had an appointment that I had to wait for three weeks for - you see my cat has ingrown nail My appointment today at 8am was canceled at 7:55 am today. I was called be Christina to let me know and ‘she hoped I wasn’t already on my way’ 5 minutes before the appointment This place sucks so very bad for a number of reasons. WHY REMAIN OPEN??
completely went down hill since being bought out by Banfield. you call and call and never get through. cant book an appointment even for an urgent matter for MONTHS. its extremely frustrating.
Banfield is horrible don’t take your pets here when it was run by the Doctors is was friendly but since the take over the new help is horrible can’t get an appointment they weren’t concerned that my dog was very sick when I called to get an emergency appointment told me that she could be seen in two weeks well my dog past the next day … I called to inform them and they told me they were sorry … not good enough run don’t walk away from this establishment
great another corporate sell out to PetSmart. I guess tractor supply will have to do. I will not step into a PetSmart owned anything
They will not book in person appointments. They request that you leave your dog all day. You can get 1/2 day visits if you need. Even though I told them that my dog gets stress diarrhea they refuse to give me an appointment time. I have had to find a new vet.
Great staff very friendly they take fantastic care of your pet. They kept me informed of all what was happening with my dog. Highly recommend
