County Fair Giveaway Rules:
1. Participants may only enter (comment) once
2. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter
3. Only comments will be accepted as entries (likes, shares, etc. will not be considered entries)
4. Mercy employees along with any family members are not eligible for entry
5. The contest is sponsored by Mercy Medical Center – Centerville and Ottumwa Radio
6. Participation in the contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to the official rules outlined here and any decisions made by the sponsors
7. The contest begins July 13th, 2015 at 1:00 pm and ends July 15th, 2015 at 11:59 pm
8. Winners will be determined by random selection of all eligible entries
9. Winners will be notified via message, then contacted via phone or email with instructions on claiming their prize
10. Odds of winning will be determined by number of entries
11. Entries are considered comments on the original contest post only
a. Comments on reminder posts will not be considered an entry
12. Two winners will be selected
a. Each winner will receive two tickets
b. Winners will be announced at 1:00 pm on July 16
