I was extremely pleased with the care I received at Mesa. Their nurse practitioner Angela Booth is very proficient, courteous and prompt. She updated me with the results of two procedures as soon as they became available.
I like my Dr on the primary side. I hate the other side for insta care. They are nice but they don't ever give antibiotics right away they no matter what you are sick with give you the same home remedy everytime. And make you come back and spend more money and time. When I can go to the one on 2nd st and get actual medicine that will help you the first time.
I agree with Krista! The walk-in clinic is terrible. In and out, after waiting for HOURS! We've been going here for years. Everything has changed, and it's like they dont care. 1st, we had to change Dr's OR should I say PA's, there aren't any Dr's here because ours moved to the walk-in clinic. Then, I had to make appointments for my husband, myself, and both my parents for a new primary care PA, Stacy Henley. I made the new appointments, 1 at 8:45 in the morning. I told them, when I made the appointment, I'd be late because I have kids to take to school. It was the only appointment time available then. I showed up for the appointment, and they told me I have to reschedule. So, I canceled all 4 of our appointments. We will NOT be returning! Very disappointed!
I have been going here for several years. it use to be very good. I used to be able to call and leave a message for my Doctor or staff and get results. Now either she doesn't get a message or it gets to her 3 weeks later. the walk in is like being in race to see how fast they can get you in and out of there. I was the only one in the lobby and I felt the anxiety level go up 200 percent after being checked in. Blood pressure and questions took about 2 minutes and I swore the doctor was maybe in there 3 minutes.
This institution has the most incredible and friendly staff. From check in to check out, every member of the staff receptionist, nurses and physicians dealt with me in a kind, compassionate and friendly manner.
If I could give a zero star I would. I have been trying to get an order done through them for 8 months now. Between no one on the Banner Health system answering their phones or never calling back I'm at my wits end with them. They say they will send out the order my doctor prescribed and never do. I call the facility they say they are sending it to and no record of it. Then months down the road "oh it's actually this facility and a completely different prescription". You go in to the office in person to fix the issue and they promise to sort it out when people get back from lunch and they take your number. They never call you. You go in and the person you spoke to earlier basically hides because they know they messed up not calling you like they promised. 0 of of 5. Go to Colorado for your Healthcare.
Just had a follow up appointment since I was diagnosed with diabetes. I'm sitting here and wondering what I payed for to have this visit. Then I get the 5th degree from a doctor about the covid vaccine. She says it's so effective but then explain all the boosters. Such a joke and will never be back. Healthcare doesn't exist unless you are rich.
Extremely rude staff. The first visit for this sickness was a very wrong diagnosis for a major infection. Had to go back the day after bc the pain and the symptoms were worse. I am very sick and got all kinds of bloodwork and swabs done. I was told I would have results by the end of the day, as it was an early appointment. Four days later and no results, no one has even looked at them. So I’m sorry if I’m spreading Covid to the rest of Casper, I tried to get it taken care of.
Awful. The entire clinic can be summed up in a single word- INCOMPETENT. For even the most simple tasks such as communication, scheduling, and basic treatment, they are completely inept as a group. From the docs to the MA's, reception, to the clinic manager Melody. They are clearly there to punch a time card, and don't realize they are in the business of PEOPLE, or maybe they do and they just really don't care. Either way, I'm seeking other care.
I honestly don't know what happened to this place.. Immediate care used to be so kind caring patient took care of you for a very good quality price couldn't beat it.. About a year ago I go in there Stacey Henley is my doctor. Seems to be amazing woman got me on the right prescription for anxieties and depression easin depression great.. Could always tell she was judging me though. But whatever I'm a bigger girl I'll take her advice I'll tell her what's going on hopefully she doesn't blame it on my size and actually does her work and looks into it.. I have some other women exams done don't feel like she properly did it right but once again she's a doctor not gonna question it you know how they are when you question they're schooling... Not saying that I have much schooling myself but I do know my body. Fast forward something's not right make appointment go in she refuses to listen to me denies that I know what I'm talking about I have to ask her to please pull up a picture at this time I'm just so frustrated Praying to my God that I won't go crazy.. So she kind of does an exam just to make me happy I end up leaving there and her referrals that she gave me.. I asked for a second opinion she definitely wasn't happy about that. But won't get me in for 3 to 4 months here.. I am stressed don't know what's going on with my body there's something going on but she refuses to do her job thank God I was able to get into the Casper women's clinic highly highly recommend them a very small little mom and pop place respectful loves you pays attention to you actually listens.. Come to find out I do have a problem nothing serious thank God but something that does need to be addressed and I could have went on for another year getting worse because she didn't want to listen she was too judging and and the doctor should never be judging. And I just want everybody to know that I normally never ever do reviews this is actually my 1st one I let stuff go I let to try to tell people face-to-face if I have a problem but I've been so disappointed in this clinic in the last year it's no longer it's No longer quality all they care about is quantity.
