The staff and vet were amazing with Shorty. I love the patience and understanding they have for my dog and for me as his pet owner. Shorty seems to be less stressed when going for vet visits at Mesa Vet and has a pleasant experience each time. Thank you so much!
The staff is so nice and the Dr. Is great with all my animals. I would recommend Masa Vets. to anybody. There prices are no higher then any other Vets maybe a little cheaper.
I cannot say enough good things about this office. Before I started coming here, I had a lot of anxiety with my pets and bringing them to the vet offices as everything before switching here was always doom and gloom and fear. The minute I met Dr. Hallada I knew he was the Vet for me. He is calm and reassuring, he doesn’t raise alarms. He’s knowledgable and encouraging. I love the front desk staff when I go in there. It’s always a hang out sesh with lots of laughs. Maggie, Poppy, Stevie and kindle are lucky to have this place!
All my pets have been treated with the best care at Mess Vet. Wouldn't go anywhere else for their regular care. The vets are great. The front office staff greet clients by name.
Never felt better leaving the vets office! Dr. Allen Hallada is one of the best vets I’ve met. Very informational, honest and listens! The staff is super nice! I was fed up with my previous vet here in nipomo I felt like they didn’t really care. After calling Mesa vet they got my dog in asap! Took him back right away. This is now my pets new vet I have never been more satisfied about my animals care! Thank u to the Dr and staff
It was a nice experience for us & are very large dog. Everyone was very helpful & made us feel like they really cared about the health of our very Large dog. When my dog was feeling anxious because the room was small & it was hard for him to turn around in it, they suggested we move to the lobby. He was a lot more comfortable there & the doctor finished the exam. We felt like the staff really listened to us & also suggested other ways to care for our dog. Great Vet!
I does not have. I told the veterinarian that I didn't see what she was talking about, nor has my dog been behaving differently such as itching, etc. They administered $250.00 of skin medications with out disclosing the ridiculous cost upfront. When I complained about the cost I was told I should have asked them about the cost, that that is my responsibility, not their's. Very unethical care. I will not be back.
Dr. Hallada has been taking care of my dogs for years. Everything from routine check ups to major surgerys. He and his staff genuinely care about the animals they treat.
First visit for our Sophie, new client exam. The front desk staff were amazing. Front office and exam room was very clean. Vet tech was awesome, made Sophie feel very comfortable with her exam. Dr. H also made Sophie and I comfortable, he is very knowledgeable. They definitely have a new client with us.
My GSD had a bad experience at a prior vet, but the staff at Mesa Veterinary are really kind and patient with him and me! Good place and good people!
