VCA Mesa Animal Hospital

Was recommended to this place for day care of my kitty after his procedure at the emergency hospital. They were very helpful and sweet to him. Every visit they showed me his numbers and helped me understand where he needed to improve. After he was discharged I took him back a week later for his check up, they were quick and he was doing so much better.

We love Dr Pierce and his staff. Our dog Roger had an emergency and they fit us in and saved his life. We can’t thank them enough for this. Our boy is 15 years old and they gave him the best treatment!

We have been with VCA on Palmdale for 4 years. Dr. Pierce, our vet, is wise and experienced. Emily, our groomer, is a gem and can't be replaced. She has patience and uses tender loving care with our 20 year old shih tzu.

Dr. Pierce and his staff are amazing! Can't recommend them enough. They're excellent at communicating and work terrifically with pets.

My dog has gone here for almost 3 years. I love the friendly text reminders a day or two before our scheduled appointments. I love how well the team treats my dog and me. Most of all, I really appreciate the pay bill by text feature! They can text you a link and you can pay by credit card all while not getting out of your car. I find this super convenient! I have also found this team extremely accommodating when needing to request special appointment times or rescheduling!

The staff here are truly compassionate. Saying goodbye to a long time companion is heart wrenching. Our family appreciated their professional and loving respect.

Really one of the worst vets I’ve ever been to. Had to move my pups to another vet because of the lack of care and customer service here. Unbelievable bad phone educate if they even ever pick up your call. And they overlook problems with dogs as in diabetes and an optic nerve issue. Didn’t find either of these things out about my pups until I moved them to BEAR VALLEY ANIMAL HOSPITAL amazing vet! I highly recommend One of my pups passed from his untreated diabetes, but luckily I have a new vet group to watch out for my other. I would recommend going to anywhere EXCEPT VCA.

The doctors and staff at VCA care. They made me feel comfortable, understood, and I knew I left my boy Gizmo in good, caring hands. They communicated quickly and explained the procedures to be performed in a way the made me feel comfortable. They provided different options and explained them all very well. It was such a pleasant experience that they are now our new provider. Thank you to the entire staff for making what was a tough time for us a positive experience.
