Palmdale Veterinary Hospital

I take all my bunnies to Dr. McEwan. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He doesn’t sugar coat anything and won’t do any unnecessary treatment. I never feel taken advantage of like I have at other vet offices around the valley. I have been a vet assistant for 15+years and every time I go in I still feel like I learn something new because of Dr. McEwan’s expertise. Another plus are the girls up at the front desk. They are all very friendly. They are all working under a ton of stress from the sometimes “not so nice” public and still keep their cool, and the techs and assistants are all fantastic too. I feel like all my bunnies are in good hands when I leave them there.

The environment alone is very warm. The staff, clerk, and assistant technicians were very friendly and exudes a loving atmosphere for your pets. The Dr. seemed friendly too...I'd like to for them spend a little more time with my pet, however. I would highly recommend this place.

My fiancé and I absolutely loved this place! Our dog was treated with so much kindness and care! They let you ask all your questions without feeling like you’re bugging and if you don’t understand something they’ll gladly go into detail for you. The prices are really good too they’re very so reasonable! 10/10 recommend!

The Veterinarians and staff are awesome! They run on time and do their best to make your pet feel safe and comfortable. We came in for a health check and vaccines for my two Jack Russells. The doctor did a thorough job checking out both dogs independently. Love this office!

I called to have my cat seen for an emergency same day, the receptionist gave us an appointment to work us in, I am so very thankful! From the moment we got there the service was quick and helpful. Not a long wait ,kind, and not pushy for unwanted service. I would 100% recommended Palmdale veterinary hospital! They took care of my precious kitty!! Thank you all

I rescued a senior cocker that was knocking on deaths door from the shelter, I took him to my vet I take my other babies too and tried to see Dr. McEwan but he wasn't readily available, so we saw Dr. Wong who I must say was amazing. He identified several issues but wasn't to immediately concerned with them good sign we got shadow on medicine and the drastic change in attitude, behavior. Don't get me wrong from a dog that was neglected, abused and heavily matted 4 pounds of matting to a more cared for, loved and nicely groomed dog, he seems more happier, he's not walking the streets to be road kill and he's starting to be more trusting and less startled, that's because he was adopted by someone who cares, was taken to a vet that treats the animals like there own, and all I can say is Palmdale veterinary Hospital is amazing the staff and Doctors are amazing helpful and caring. I would fully recommend going to PVH over any other hospital. Hands down. On third picture the floor was slippery but he seems relaxed thank you palmdale veterinary hospital

You took us in even though you were all booked. We were there 2.5 hrs. My kitty is doing better and is moving about easier and is more social. The steroids may be helping with his increased appetite. One of the cats barfed. I suspect him because of the meds. Keeping a close eye on him when I’m home from work. Thanks everyone for seeing us on an emergent basis!

Palmdale Vet is the BEST!! Dr. McEwan has always taken care of our pets for 20+ years, very friendly and informative. Also Dawn office manager very helpful.

7.9.22 My cat Shangool was not eating and drinking for 5 days prior the visit, she was mostly staying under the bed, she also had on and off vomiting problem since Feb. She had mutiple Vet visits at another hospital until I brought her to Palmdale Vet. Hospital. It was found out that her blood count were all low. My cat stayed there for 2 nights, so supportive care treatment can be started. When I brought her home, to my surprise, she was eating any kind of food I offered even those she didn’t like before, she had so much appetite. I’m so glad we now have more days to spend with her, even though it might be just a few. Even though we don’t know how long she’s gonna live, cat is lively… and happy… and so are the owners. More quality time. And for her, a good quality of life. Thank you Dr. Wang and all your staff for all that you do for our pets. Dr. Wang is a compassionate Vet. doctor, him and the staff are great! Also for the staff, Cynthia, Shangool’s nurse is also very caring. Thanks everyone!
