The front desk is professional and friendly, also the nurses. BUT DR GEVOR. We have a problem. She is rude and very aggressive. I wouldn't recommend coming to see her.
The worst! I made an appointment for 4 people back in November for January and now they're canceling all of my appointments that I've been waiting only to push me to March?! Are you serious??? Do not go to Sharisse Holinej, apparently she's too busy to take any new appointments if your looking for a new doctor. Wasted my time when I could've gone some where else months ago. I like how at the bottom of MyChart it says reason for canceling is Patient. No the reason for canceling is because I patiently waited a couple of months to be seen only to get my appointments canceled and pushed back 2 more months. That's the reason why.
I was able to talk to the sweetest receptionist today. I have had the worst week with my issue and needed to find a doctor within two hours of me. She was able to get me a new doctor and a good date of appointment. I do not think she realize how much stress that she relieved. I wish I could have got her name.
I haven't been to the doctors since I was a teenager. I was so nervous about going after all these years. In my experience plus size people are fat shamed at the doctor office. I can honestly say that I didn't feel that way for even a moment once I arrived. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and kind. I was told exactly where to wait until I would be called back. There was comfortable sitting for people my size. I was called back at my scheduled time. The nurse that prepared me for the doctor was extremely kind. She treated me like an old friend. It was a very calm and relaxed environment. Any anxiety or trepidation I was feeling she helped ease. I waited a few minutes for the doctor to come which was fine. I was doing my new patient paperwork. Dr. Sam was so polite. I have never felt so comfortable with a doctor before. He listened to me and didn't make me feel bad about being overweight. I didn't feel judged. His bedside manor is exceptional. I am looking forward to my next appointment. If you are looking for a physician who cares about people this is the place for you.
Our family all see doctors here. The doctors are very personable and professional. Sometimes the wait gets long, but that is a rarity here, while commonplace at other offices.
My doctor, Sam Hankins was very, very professional and he really cared about my overall health. I didn't expect him to be so young but he was and I recommend him highly. Front desk receptionist needs to be more subtle. Speak gently! Overall, my experience was good.
I'll give a 5 bc my husband's doctor is great but I'm going to give a suggestion. Instead of mailing letters to inform of your no show policy why not have the patient sign a consent acknowledging that no shows will result in a fee? It will save you time and money. You're spending money on envelopes and stamps that will ultimately go in the trash. Have the patients sign a consent once a year so when they miss they can't say they didn't know and your staff doesn't have to waste time printing, addressing and mailing. If you are already having them sign something then I'd definitely stop wasting money repeating the policy. Just a thought.
My family always have wonderful service from the staff and Dr. Marshall is a wonderful doctor!!
My doctor Sam Hankins has been very attentive to my issues and questions. I appreciate that very much.
