LACY VOGTMA, N.P. is very thorough, compassionate and intelligent. She makes sure she has covered everything and I never feel rushed. As busy as Lacy is and as busy as the female PA is, you would think Methodist would hire a female physician. The male Doctors are good, but some of us are more comfortable seeing a female...even at 72 years old.
Service here is pretty terrible. The people are nice but they try to sell you other treatments for things you don't even come in for. They are very bad at communication, rush you through the signing process, very vague on diagnosis and don't take patient care seriously. You're just another cash out for them. Would recommend CHI instead because they actually take you seriously.
Great experience, Chelsea Richardson is awesome. However aftercare follow up is terrible. I was left a voicemail that my thyroid was low, just missed the call. Literally 2 minutes later I called back and left a message at 10:30 am on a Thursday. It is now Tuesday and I will have to call back to ensure my meds are adjusted. Only reason for 4 stars is because of Chelsea.
I have been a patient since 1994. I was a patient of Dr. Wilson before she moved. I have seen Lacy Vogtman for many years now. I always know my questions and concerns will be answered. She has always been so very nice and helpful. If she does not know the answer to something she will do everything to find it. I feel very comfortable with her and can ask her anything. Sometimes her short hours can be concerning as I would have to see someone else who does not know me. But overall I would not go anywhere else because she is there.
I’ve been going to this clinic for 20 years and have not considered leaving! I have been battling multiple autoimmune diseases MCTD and the staff has been above awesome! From the front desk to the techs, Lacey PA and the physicians, I have been treated kindly, efficiently, and with respect. Not once have I ever wondered if they are doubting my issues. They track down and refer out until I was diagnosed, then we moved on to the next issue. They aren’t concerned with keeping and treating you only in their office. They are more than willing to refer you as needed to specialists! The transition from when Dr. Wilson relocated went very smooth for me as a remaining patient. I’m not going anywhere! Thank you all for your service to us! Mandy, ignore the other comment! You have ALWAYS been kind with me!
They never return phone calls I need to add to this . It's not a medical clinic it's an insurance denial center . They deny treatment you need offering more pt visits before getting the MRI you need. 6 pt visits in 3 months . They don't mention you cannot get that many appointments. Also last three times I e been there the precrib meds that my insurance doesn't cover . Then want me to come back to get a different one . It's a Cigna ponzi scheme .
I've been going to this particular clinic for roughly 4yrs now. I have the most amazing PA-C certified physicians assistant that I see there. She is very attentive, kind, nonjudgmental and really listens to me. For the first time in my adult life in my 60's I feel I can say "I adore my doctor" with complete confidence I'm getting the great care that is needed!
I've been going to this clinic for about ten years, ever since we moved to Papillion. I loved Dr Wilson when she was there, and have seen Lacy Vogtman, a PA there, since Wilson left. Let me tell you, Lacy is amazing. Its really hard to get an appointment with her though when you need to be seen right away. I think its because she is so good and so caring. I can only recommend her. I do not care for the other two doctors I've seen there. They do not have the bedside manner that I expect.
There is one receptionist at this location who is extremely condescending. She sits on the extreme left side as you walk in- unfortunately I can't remember her name but she is short- about 5ft 2 and kind of heavy. I was late for an appointment to see Dr Mueller and instead of kindly telling me about their policy, she sternly 'lectured' to me about how I needed to be there 15 minutes before my appointment time. She talked to me like I had a tail and I kept thinking does she realize I am a paying customer contributing to her paycheck. I was so upset and decided not to proceed to see the doctor and as a result of this kind of treatment, I will not be going to this office again. I just hope this girl polishes on her customer service skills and learns to treat everyone with respect.
They don't seem to care about the patients and not very consistent. Have dealt with very rude/dismissive people in that office. I have put up with their poor customer service/patient care because I think Chelsea Richardson is great...but unfortunately I can rarely get in to see her. I won't be back!
