We had a great experience at PTC. The OT was knowledgeable and a lovely person. We were able to get our child's issue resolved with only a few sessions plus at home work over several weeks. I would definitely recommend them to others!
I write this review as a staff member and a parent of a patient.... When we discovered our son had a tongue tie at 3 months we knew that the 4 hour drive one way to PTC was the first step. We had PT and OT evaluations done to start on oral motor stretches and body work prior to the oral tie releases. Candice and Danielle were very thorough with explaining and teaching everything and very timely with any follow up questions I had. After a month of doing stretches and exercises we had his oral ties released. The pediatric dentist we went to was very impressed at the prep we did prior to the releases and how informed we were, thanks to PTC! We had options closer to home for these services, but knowing the expertise the therapists have at PTC, I wouldn't chose anywhere else for my own kids even 4 hours away. Now a few days post releases, I feel very empowered by how prepared I was and he is tolerating the stretches great which I attribute to the stretches Candice taught me. Thank you PTC for not only being a great employer, but also providing such great care for the kiddos!
We love PTC! My daughter with a brachial plexus injury goes weekly and sees the her therapist Miss Elly. Miss Elly is kind, patient, and listens to all of my concerns. She is constantly giving great tips and tricks for us to keep working on at home. Since my daughter has started at PTC, she has improved tremendously— even pushing back her next surgery. I give credit to Miss Elly and PTC! The front staff is also amazing. They are so kind and welcoming. I wouldn’t send my child anywhere else!
PTC has been such a blessing in our life! My son has found his voice, and recently just graduated from speech therapy after having NO WORDS 2 years ago! He also does OT and PT and has come so incredibly far thanks to the dedication and support from all the staff and therapist! From the girls at the front welcoming us when we come in, to the therapist working through the tough stuff with him, and the owners fighting for my son to get the care he needs, they are all amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
My son has been receiving services from PTC for many years. He has always been challenged by excellent therapists who are constantly striving for him to obtain new goals. Starting therapy with PTC at six months old, I fully credit the successes he has to the work this therapy center has put in. No matter who you see, the culture in the clinic ensures you are getting the highest level of care possible. Happy therapists=happy and capable kids!
PTC is a second family to us! My son, Caiden, has been going to PTC since he was 9 months old. He is now 12. We began our journey going twice a week for physical therapy. Later we added in OT. As Caiden has grown we have been able to decrease the time spent at PTC. We initially went twice a week, then down to once a week, and now every other week. The staff are always coming up with new ways to motivate and encourage Caiden. We even did aquatic therapy for a while! The staff at PTC have been there for Caiden every “step” of the way! They are so amazing!! If you are looking for a place to send your child, another team to have in your corner, I highly recommend PTC.
I have absolutely loved my experience at PTC. The staff are kind and truly care about each child they work with. As an aspiring OT, it has been an incredible experience to see these therapists in action, first hand. The care and attentiveness they put into each session is truly inspiring. They aren't only good at working with the kiddos but with each other as well. The cohesiveness between all three specialties is incredible. All the staff have been kind, helpful, and most of all extremely welcoming. The short time I have been here at PTC has truly impacted me in a very positive manner and I am beyond thankful to be apart of the staff here at PTC.
This is such a special place and environment to be a part of! I was able to observe all therapists at the Pediatric Therapy Center for about two months and I ended up admiring the staff and environment so much I changed my whole path of what I wanted to do in college. It is incredibly apparent how much every single staff member not only enjoys their job, but also genuinely cares and loves the kids they work with. It was surreal to experience how quickly they help kids improve in whichever therapy a child is a part of. Every child I had the opportunity to observe enjoyed going to therapy because the therapists make sure every child has a great and fun experience. I have never been so inspired by a workplace and there is no question that these are some of the most amazing therapists out there! I recommend this lovely place 100%.
The therapists at PTC are amazing! I have worked with this awesome team for nearly 5 years. They are so invested in the lives of our families and go the extra mile to make sure their goals are met! It has been so rewarding to see the growth in the kiddos that walk through the door over the years! Highly recommended!
Our little girl has a rare brain condition and we were told she most likely would never talk, walk, eat herself or be normal. This crushed my heart!! My baby is now 8 months old and after 4 days a week of dedication and love from every single person at PTC, she is thriving and doing things the doctors said she would never do!! When I hand her over to the staff - I know they love my baby as much as I do. This thanksgiving they are on the top of what I’m thankful for!!
