Lacks consistency with care providers always seeing doctors/nurse practitioners leave after a few visits, which makes it difficult to get the proper care you need when you go. Other than that the staff has been there doing the best they can with what they have to work with .
The worst clinic ever do not go to this clinic either the one in lawrence they don't care . you call to make a appoiment and they never have any appoiments avaible plus the doctors don't fill out the prescriptions on time and if you go to the appoiments is like 1 hour wait before they call you in and ones you go in is like another hour to be seen by a doctor
Honestly wish I could give it zero stars. I have never encountered as many issues as I have with this office. They take forever to answer the phones and you will be on hold for over 30 minutes and don't be surprised if they hang up on you. There is no communication what so ever and trying to get help with anything is almost impossible. You wait forever for any appointment made and better block off a four hour slot because you will be there the whole time and your appointment will last only 5 minutes. The doctors have no idea what they are doing and are incredibly unhelpful. Anywhere is better than here.
Worst Clinic ever, should be closed down. Unprofessional staff and the Doctors never call you back. They make appointments to call you back and never do at the time they say they will. Oh but don't even think of arriving 15 mins late to an appointment, you will be reprehended. Not sure how they are still in Business. You can tell them you are dying and that you are in need of immediate attention and they will tell you you will have to wait three days for your Doctor to call you. What a Shame!!! This place is a joke. Might need to file a complaint with Mass Gov.
If i can give this 0 stars I would this a horrible place. First you set up an appointment for what you need, then they change it to whatever appointment they think you need. Rude employees especially Virginia Martinez, very rude. They don’t even have doctors there. I’m confused as to how they give so much permission to someone who’s a nurse practitioner when a doctor should be there. I have never encountered a bad experience as i did with Clinic. This clinic is horrible. I don’t advise to go there.
This place has been so amazing to take Covid tests. Their staff are exceptional and beyond friendly. I am 9 months pregnant and their staff took care in ensuring I was able to get a Covid test immediately. I am so thankful for the GLFHC staff and I can’t say enough nice things about how hard they work and how friendly and caring they are. That is true patient care. Thank you.
Got to be the worst dr I ever been to. Everytime I go I'm waiting an hour after my appointments scheduled time. They ask you to come 15 minutes early then you're left waiting. Also they double booked my therapist on more than one occasion and I leave work early using PTO for these appointments, then when I show up I'm turned away due to double booking.
###Terrible service. I came here with my son today that have a skin rash around 2 o'clock, it was about 5pm he wasn't seen with a doctor yet. When he was finally got call they asked us to sit in the room like the doctor was going to to be there within 5 to 10 minutes it was 20 minutes we was still inside the room waiting. Then I went outside I told 1 of them that on top of waiting for more than 2 hours now I'm the room for about 20 minutes in no one has said anything to me then She said you have 2 people ahead of you. It WASN'T fair on my child that had to stay hungry stated getting cranky because they was understaffed. He came here for help, because he was in need of the service not to be pushed back in had to wait for so long before seeing in Doctor.
The worst clinic. I work for this company and all I hear is patient complaining about how bad the service is. Today I came in to see my doctor as a walk in and service was denied simply because she is full. I know doctors have a thing where they can fit in patient. This is how you know they really don’t care about no body.
Great experience at the Health center. Dr Meyers is great! No wait time! Took time to explain everything and was very helpful. So glad my Dad has Dr. Meyers as a PCP!!
