My wife and I walked in with the purpose of getting the best deal on the newest iPhone and we were able to find an amazing deal. Cam and his team were friendly, communicative, and worked overtime to help us get the best deal possible and did everything they could to port my wife’s number over when we ran into difficulties. I wish I could tip these guys for the extra hard work they put in! Big shoutout to Cam for everything and being so helpful!
I love Cameron! He's my new GO-TO for sure! He's absolutly amazing! He knows what he's doing and the best part is he takes pride in his work! He's friendly and easy to get along with. He goes out of his way to find you the best deals and he isn't afraid to put a smile on your face! So if you're having any issues with your device or service, I suggest you pay him a visit. Especially before you call custom service!! They'll keep you on the phone all day, by asking you the same questions over and over again. In the end you got nowhere. But if you go see Cameron he'll have you taken care of within 20 mins and you'll be on your way! He made my day! So let him make yours! You rock it, Cameron! Thanks for all your help today.
What a let down. I usually have good experiences at this store but sadly not today. The manager Marco kept feeding me misinformation and wouldn’t upgrade one of my lines by doing a deferred trade in even though he said I could just minutes before he contradicted himself. I used to work at tmobile and knew he was wrong, and thankfully the online support agents on T-mobile’s website were able to do my upgrade with no problem. I don’t know how Marco is manager given his lack of knowledge on the way things are done and I feel bad for the many other customers he has probably misinformed without them knowing the actual process. If the store wasn’t so busy I would’ve have gone with Emmett. He’s always knowledgeable and is my go-to.
We got our new phones set up today. Max and Emmett were so helpful with everything we needed. They were quick and responsive. Awesome experience. I’ll be going to this location over all others in Idaho falls
My family and I reached out to TMobile, hoping to improve our cellular situation. Marco answered the phone and provided the upmost customer service. He answered all the questions we had with accuracy. Listened to our needs and made sure the items and plan we selected was our desires not just something to sale. Thanks Marco for your time.
Reps were rude inconsiderate and disrespectful ESPECIALLY to the elderly. Went to the Hitt Rd store yesterday and quickly found that the clerk was clearly not interested in helping answering a few questions on a new phone purchased the day before at same location. He stated "I didn't know" on a lot of questions - disparaged T-Mobile's voicemail system, however, did help with a couple things while swiping thru phones apps very quickly that even as a seasoned smartphone user I couldn't keep up..Let alone for my elderly mother to follow, keep up with, hear or understand..one employee said to her "that's why the doors unlocked" when she went in to ask if store was open. To be clear, the hours posted on glass are difficult to locate, see & read. I understand good employees are hard to find these days and that no one is willing to work or that care much about providing good customer service but this sadly was a whole new low.
The team at this location is beyond amazing! Everyone’s been great to me anytime I have problems or just looking to upgrade, but Gloria is by far my favorite person at this store though and I’ll make sure to continue coming back for her!
4 stars specifically for the T-Mobile location inside the Grand Teton Mall. This has been my primary location when I need things for years and usually unless they're swamped I get good and helpful service. Last time I was in getting a Home Internet device when the salesman noticed I appeared to be overpaying on my account. Sure enough, they'd put me on a multi-voice line plan at some point but I only had one voice line. Getting that fixed should save me up to $70/m on my bill.
Cam was great. Fixed all the problems Will created. Will at the other store Utah Rd gross guy. Ruined my friends T-Mobile experience. Cam saved it. Superhero Cam.
Best customer service I have experienced at any cell phone carrier store before. Every time I visit the store it is always a warm welcome. Shout out to Marco and Cam for helping me out with all my tech issues.
