I thought miracle ear would be different than the other companies, but after my last visit I'm not sure. I went in for a simple check and had them do a little adjustment both earring aid's was working fine until they did the adjustments then my left side wouldn't work properly. I was told that I would have to send it off to be repaired at my cost even though they was working fine until they hooked up to their computer

These guys take the time to explain hearing loss. They did all the testing and put some hearing aids and for the first time in a long time the ringing in my ears was gone. I have been working with them a few weeks now and I still enjoy the help they have given to me.

I have a couple of friends who got hearing aids - one who got his hearing aids from the VA and constantly complains that they don't work and doesn't wear them. He struggles in church, and around family. My other friends got their hearing aids from Costco, and they struggle when wearing their hearing aids, so they don't wear theirs either! BUT I got my hearing aids from Miracle Ear, and I have really done well! The service is incredible, they clean out my ears, clean my hearing aids routinely, and help me any time I need it without charging me for an office visit! Their staff is wonderful! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIRACLE EAR!
I so appreciate that they’re willing to clean my ears! For some reason, I accumulate a lot of ear wax. Jim is always so helpful and good to answer any questions I have. Met Josh today, and he was so friendly! Dr Vineyard is also so friendly and helpful!
My father has been a patient of Miracle Ear for over 45 years. He has tried other brands a few times over the past years, but has had the best experience with Miracle Ears, and says they are the best! He drives from Utah to Idaho Falls for his appointments, as he has found their care and knowledge far surpasses other hearing aid centers and is worth the drive.
I've only used Miricle Ear, and believe me they're Awesome! Great staff, amazing product, and the group in IF and Rexburg are so kind and helpful. So as I said, I havent had any experience with another company but my father-in-law has spent over $40,000.00 on hearing aids in his life, and asked me about what I use. The next week he got some hearing aids from Miricle Ear and now he can hear again. They are the only hearing aids that ever helped him hear better. He's missed every conversation for the last 30+ years and now he's able to participate again
