Best service I got from the Mankato Metro. Not only did the big guy bring me a taco, but he gave me the best deal there is. As a former president of Peru. I was given the best customer service. The lady that works there was really kind, and caring .. she answered all the questions I had about my N300, even when it was packed and people were waiting, she was very respectful and professional. I will definitely come back when I need a phone again. - Happy Customer.
Recently switched from at&t to metro pcs ADRIAN was so helpful to me and My mom he made the transition so pleasurable. He was so caring and answered all of my mother's stupid questions and he was so patient and kind even gave me a sucker for the wait! I will be returning to the metro in Mankato location Adrians customer service is off the charts there was so many people In there and he was able to assist everyone in a timely manner happy customer here
Worst service ever! They flat out refused to cancel a line. Can't do it online, can't do it in person, only the 4 hour wait call center can do that. They have been charging me for an unused line and refuse to do anything about it without jumping though hoops. You just lost a customer instead of one line on a family plan.
I had the worst customer service ever at Metro by T-Mobile in Le Sueur MN so I needed a new phone & a friend of mine had always told me that he always had great service at the store in Mankato. So I called there about a week & a half ago & made arrangements to see Angela. I can tell you that the experience I had at the Mankato store was like night & day from what I had in Le Sueur. She helped me with buying my new phone & made sure that everything was on the new phone that was on the old phone. Angela made sure that she had helped me in anyway to see that my needs were met. If anyone ever asks what phone store I use they will always here Metro by T-Mobile in Mankato, MN & ask for Angela.
Well been at metro for years now. And for the most part am satisfied with service and plan and all th things metro offers. The issue is the store in Mankato Minnesota is on its own hours. They open when they want they close when they want been sitting in parking lot for 8 minutes they say they open at 10 here it is 10:06 and nobody has even showed up to open the doors.
My loyalty deserves better. I'll pay double at Verizon. IDGAF
These are the ABSOLUTE BEST! The 2 employees that were helping us were just AWESOME! They had a lot of patience with us and everything we were having done. We had multiple phones to deal with and they got everything done efficiently and were very kind to us. If you want to change phone carriers, or just getting a new phone, this place Metro by T-Mobile is THE PLACE TO GO! Great, helpful employees is the cherry on top of the ice-cream sundae!! I just can't say enough about the 2 guys working there too! Such a great job, they did! Thank you guys for all your help ‼
I bought a terrible phone. And nobody answers the phone with a full one .
I've been a 15 year plus metro customer since they started almost in Dallas Tx. But have never had such a bad experience in dealing with them as I did today. Got a text from metro saying to bring my phone in and I could trade it in for a nord200 5g phone. Didnt like idea of trading in my phone to begin with but was stated would lose service if I don't. I still have every previous phone I have owned. After getting all my data transferred and losing access to my Microsoft account in the process now Metro Pcs doesn't want to honor the text message. Told me I would need to go to a corporate store back in Texas for it to be honored. Problem with that is I live in Minnesota now. Really had thought they straightened up their customer service issues years ago. If not resolved with next day after all the hassle and staying with them for all these years I'm switching to anyone but the metro pcs - tmobile family and will start avidly posting what has happened / only the facts grant you ,everywhere and anywhere possible.
Great customer service brought my father to switch over to MetroPCS from Verizon he didn't have his information he needed but they figured out everything for him and we're very patient with us got a great deal setup the new phone with all my father's information for him just had a great experience I would recommend Jesse & Adrian to everyone
