Alex was amazing!!! I came in Saturday morning to preorder a new phone and was getting very frustrated that I wasn’t able to find the transfer pin from my current phone carrier and he was able to find it for me. Alex was so patient and kind. I recommend him for all your phone needs!
Worst possible customer service I have EVER received, both from "Gavin", the greeter, AND from the store manager "Anthony". When I informed each that my mother was profoundly physically disabled and needed special assistance and consideration after being given no choice but to visit a store, "Gavin" literally told me "I don't have to do anything", while standing at the front of the store with another employee, when asked for the manager. When another employee I approached finally got the manager "Anthony", "Anthony" listened carefully to the issue and then refused to accommodate her even after I SPECIFICALLY requested reasonable accommodations be made for her under the Americans with Disabilities Act. We are considering legal action.
I wish I could give zero stars. I waited for 40 minutes for someone to tell me they don't have any kind of tech support and that all they can do is sell me stuff, when it easily could have been mentioned in the very beginning when I said I had a tablet that will not turn on. I made no mention of replacement. There is literally no reason to have a brick and mortar building unless you ONLY are walking in to be sold something. They wasted my time.
I would highly recommend this store for anyone who likes to look at new devices and be completely ignored by people. Was in the store 5 minutes waiting to be helped or put on a list to wait while other customers were either being helped or waiting by the windows. After doing a lap around the store and standing in place for a few more minutes I decided to leave and find a store where I could be helped. Unfortunately, the feeling of being stared at while awkwardly waiting to be helped just isn't something I like to do in my free time.
We were given EXCELLENT customer support from Angelo and Amanda! They both partnered up to open our business lines with them. They were very detailed and patient in the process. Thank you for a job well done! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!
Best cellphone signal and Service ever. You get for what you pay. Costumer since 2011
My wife and I went to look at upgrading our phones. We did not end up getting a new phone or upgrade our account but they still changed out plans without our permission or signing anything. Took hours on the phone to fix their mistake. Would not recommend!
The manager mark basically lied to me and my wife’s face, telling us that there was no way to process an early upgrade in our devices, even though we were both 50% paid off, and eligible to trade up and return our devices. I showed him the eligibility on the my Verizon app, he backpedalled and admitted that it was an option, but refused to help us do it in store, basically told us to figure it out ourselves online. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/PROFESSIONALISM. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, DON’T COME HERE - THE VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS OVER THE PHONE DID EVERYTHING I ASKED IN A FRACTION OF THE TIME AND WERE COURTEOUS!
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Will be returning to switch our phone plan.
Do not go here, manager Mark told us he was going to check on us and went on break! My husband and I went in yesterday to upgrade our phones. The staff and the manager of the store encouraged us to upgrade online. We went home and ordered our phones and it was saying pending. Came back to the store the next day to get some help. The manager was helping us at first then went to check on our problem and walked out of the store. He went on break to get food came back and completely ignored us.
