I come into shop weekly for my kids and it’s really great service honestly! When I was using the self checkout one Saturday afternoon a young whippersnapper walked up to me and told me about the MasterCard!!! I was Awe-Struck, I can save 3% cash back on Burger King!!!!! SOLD! This is the fine gent who let me know, please reward him:
Staff do not seem to care. They overall look unhappy to be there. This makes for a place that you don't want to be at. When my child asked a question because he wanted to find something the staff memeber ignored him. The deals there are alright but the lack of care makes it a very upseting place to shop at. They also no longer give you phyical cards and exspect you to use their app but will not help you get it set up. This is another reason I will not be renewing my membership I have has for over 15 years.
Not pleased with having someone walk around the store smoking an e-cigarette. She looked “unwell” and “elevated.” But that still doesn’t condone behavior to subject my kids to nicotine… which had been blown on them…
Overall it's a good store. Inventory is unpredictable for some staples. It would be nice to get some alternative flours and sugars.
They made it easy to rack up a substantial bill. Everything seemed to be in stock and prices are comparable to other stores. The registers were busy but we did self checkout and it went fairly quickly. All the employees I encountered were friendly. My only complaint is the package of grapes we bought were half rotten, which was a disappointment.
I tried to return an item. It's been just over 6 months but there was nowhere listed that other named items, that there was a 6 month cut off. Sam's Club website, and big board as you walk in doesnt say anywhere about 6 months. It says return anytime. Not really returnable "anytime".
Selection and in stock items have suffered greatly. Hard to justify shopping here when many items just can't be found.
Friendly staff. Easy return process. Love the scan and go!
Long lines avoided with the app. Scan your own groceries and go. No waiting.
Joined because of deal for 45 bucks...then come to find out they deny you access early in the morning as those are premium shopping only...so spent another 45 bucks so I can shop early and avoid the lines of people. They should have communicated that when I first signed up. What we have here...is a Failure to communicate.
