I dropped the vehicle off with Herb at Metro Detroit Auto Detailing in the Bloomfield Hills. The location was easy to find and conveniently located in a very secure gated parking garage. I was rest assured that I was leaving the vehicle in trusted hands and the service would be exceptional. Herb didn't disappoint and provided me status updates and photos of the final outcome. I was thoroughly amazed at how shiny and new the paint looked once finished. I would definitely recommend Herb's professional Metro Detroit Auto Detailing services. This was the best experience I have had when getting my car detailed. I had purple shampoo leak onto my passenger seat. I texted him on a Sunday not expecting him to respond because I knew they weren’t open, but just wanted to make sure my message got received a head of time! He responded back with details on how to get to his shop and could see next day! We get there he does everything he can to get the stain removed which he did that and then some. He also sprayed my seat with a matching color and personally went and grabbed a can for me so that I could have the next day! I mean I couldn’t have been happier with my experience it was truly a great one! I highly recommend taking your car to get detailed here!Service: Auto detailing
This place is absolutely one of the best in all of Metro Detroit. Had my hellcat redeye ceramic coated here. The price was very reasonable and the work itself was truly perfect. I felt like Herb did the work as if the car was truly his own. I will 100% be back in the future for further detailing/etc. Thank you very much!!
You will never need to take your precious wheels anywhere else. Herb does it all. I have been bringing my cars to him since 2013 and will eternally be his customer. Location is excellent. He works in a spacious parking garage right off Woodward and Long Lake Rd. His skills are the best and his prices in line or better than the competition. Herb has looked after three of my cars and they always come back showroom new...be it my Audi A8, classic 560sl Mercedes or the G-Wagon 63 he just color corrected and ceramic coated. Amazing workmanship. Try him out. You'll never go elsewhere.
The reviews do not oversell Herb. He is a perfectionist who cares about the work he does. He made sure to take the time to discuss proper care after the ceramic coat was put on and gave me some other suggestions on how to keep my white interior clean. I will never have my car detailed anywhere else and will most likely exclusively use Metro Auto Detailing for car washes now that they are offering the mobile service in the area. I even recommended Herb to my brother who has already booked him for an interior cleaning. Thanks Herb!
Wonderful job! My truck had a lot of dog hair in the back and they did a great job removing it. The seats, doors and dash were all cleaned and polished, too. The gentleman who worked with me was incredibly nice. I’ll be back in the future. Definitely recommend.Services: Seat shampooing
The Best "." I took my car to Hands On Auto Detailing for a full detail service. Here is how my experience went: + It was very easy to schedule an appointment through the online service. + I left my car with Herb company owner at the scheduled time and told him about my concerns what I am looking for. + He kept me updated about the status and gave me options as things progressed. He also sent me pictures as things progressed which kept me impressed and excited. + Because of schedule constrains and/or bad weather, I had to leave the car for 2 weeks! Herb kept the car covered inside the parking structure from the day it's done until the day I took it. + When I saw the car... Unbelievable, Herb went beyond the regular detail service. The car looks better than new. He didn't just address all my concerns, he also took the time to address the very small details that other company's ignore. + He took the time to explain what he did, what products he used and what I can do more. I am very satisfied with the service and I don't think any other person/company will do the same for you. The best service and the best experience.
I recently purchased a 2012 Ford F150 and was eager to get it detailed before winter arrives. After some research, I came across Metro Detroit Auto Detailing and noticed all the rave reviews. I went and talked to Herb, discussed what I wanted, and listened to his suggestions before I booked the work. I couldn't be happier with the job Herb did to my truck. Herb is truly professional, and went out of his way to help ease my waiting time. I look forward to bring my truck back to Herb in the Spring for further care. Highly recommended!
