Metro Nail Spa

Jayden absolutely knocked it out of the park with my request. I get my nails done often, usually just to have them longer and look more put together, but I always have big aspirations for aesthetic. When a tech is shaping my nails, I'll know whether or not I want to go with the design of my dreams or just slap some polish on and call it done. When she was finished shaping and putting the base color on, I could have walked out happy there. The shape, thickness, and integrity of the acrylic felt impeccable. I showed her my design request, and her execution was the cherry on top! I expressed multiple times how much I loved them, but I wanted to come give recognition here as well. 10/10 recommend getting your nails done by Jayden!

I've tried many salons in the Council Bluffs area, and I always end up coming back to this one, because my manicures last longer than those from other places. But, I do wish they would converse with me, and not just CONSTANTLY with each other in their own language. You just know they're talking about the clients! LOL

I paid $58 for a pedicure that was substandard & was not given the French pedicure that I requested. The tech messed up two nails with her dryer. The nails were different in width & shape on each toe. I had to give her basic instructions like please remove all the previous polish red, I had to resort to colored polish Set because she couldn’t do the French pedi. After all of that she charged me full price for the service & laughed in my face when I questioned her. These are professional prices & the services should feel & look professional. My time is valuable & I want a refund!

Have gone there twice and loved it both times. My nails looked great and lasted for weeks. Went with my sister and got our fall colors done. Great detail on our flowers and leaves.

I never went here, and Google keeps throwing Metro Nails up in my reviews. I'm sure it's a great place but I've never been there.

Went in around 1030 to get a dip manicure. They male worker asked what I needed rudely, he said to wait. When I asked how long of a wait he replied, could be 10 minutes could be 30. I asked if I could run an errand and come back. He said no appointments, which is weird considering their door says walk ins Or appointments. Waited for about 5 mins then he said at least 25 minutes. I left with no manicure. Second time I’ve tried to stop in and dealt with horrible service.

You guys did a nice job on my nails but you need to sanitize your utensils. There was dead skin all over the buffer before they started using it on me and made me bleed on my cuticles twice, which could've exposed me to pathogens like hepatitis. I am honestly scared for the health and safety of customers here.
