I recently changed my membership from a tanning bed to spray tanning and Emily, the store leader, has been extremely helpful. I have asked her over 50 questions and she is always knowledgeable about what she is saying, as well as helpful, polite, and extremely sweet.  The entire staff of the C.B. PBT is great. Customer service is definitely a top priority at this location, as I have never had one bad experience with anyone who works there.  Thank you ladies for all that you do! I was staying in iowa for a month this past summer and i we t back to kansas where i was living. Went to call this business to cancel and at first they gave me some phony number to cancel. Nobody got back to me after leaving tons of voicemails. They eneded up charging my account and had to recall this place again to tell them i wanted to cancel my membership and to refund me my money back. Have called back twice in the past week and a half to just get refunded. Staff tells me manger will call me but never has. I do not recommend tanning at this salon!!!Service:&nbsp;Tanning

The staff is always friendly very helpful and knowledgeable.. will answer any questions you may have. Very clean beds and salon. They have the best sales, rewards and memberships for any need.

Everyone whom work's here is so very kind! Never a wait and great prices...clean and welcoming always! They know me by name; to say hello and goodbye. They make my day brighter each time I go.

Never too busy, the girls here are very friendly.  The tanning booths are very nice, with several having had bulbs replaced recently. They always check if I have all the products necessary and inform me when i have discounts, however they're never too pushy on selling.

I am always greeted by friendly eager to assist me.  I dont know a lot about tanning grand I rely on staff to help me make the right decisions.  They are great...one suggestion tho for any tanning place is to watch the upgrades in tanning beds.  I upgraded a level in beds and ended up burning.

I love the versa spa spray tan. It doesn't age my skin, yet I have a healthy glow. They gave specials which make it affordable for virtually everyone. The customer service is great. They also sell little head bands and a variety of lotions. I have and will always be a repeat customer. I need to come in. It's been 6 months.

Went in early this morning to try and beat "busy hours", Amanda was above and beyond helpful! She gave me a tour and went over everything, all while helping others, and I could not be more excited that I signed up! I love that there is no commitment and rewards!
