I have had my office at the Metro in Reston for two years, and can't say enough positive things about the experience. The location and office atmosphere are wonderful, but it's the staff that go above and beyond to support my business. They also do fun things every month to bring the community together. I highly recommend them!
Metro Offices – Reston Office Center has exceeded the 5 star rating! They truly go above and beyond. The staff is exceptionally professional and the facility boasts for itself with cleanliness and aesthetic beauty. Also, Janelle Cooley, the location Manager is very knowledgeable, helpful, approachable, friendly, responsive, and actively takes the initiative of informing clients about various pricing options available based on their business needs. Literally, they will cater to your needs no matter how big or small. Also, the office location is simply perfect with lots of shops and amenities located right there. Thank you to Janelle and the team for their OUTSTANDING service!!!
If you need office space with a professional support staff and excellent management, Metro Offices Reston is the place you want to be. I temporarily moved my office here and ended up staying for over eight years! The facilities are first class and Sarah, the Center Manager, is awesome and extremely supportive of your every need. The building location is great next to several restaurants and shops and covered parking is an added bonus. Rates are very reasonable considering the location, facilities, and all the support and amenities that are included. This is by far the best choice for any company that needs professional office space, state-of-the-art IT, and excellent support services.
Our company is growing so quickly, we were running out of space at our home office and Metro Offices made us feel very welcome. We were supposed to only stay a few months but that turned into a year. Kara and Janelle went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to help us day to day get plenty of work done. Fantastic center, up to date furnishings, clean and well kept and quiet. I really appreciated their great hospitality and willingness to assist in any way. I highly recommend Metro Offices to anyone.
Every aspect of Metro Offices in Reston is excellent. The building is beautiful; the meeting rooms are spacious, well lit, comfortable and professional; the staff is exceptional, led by Janelle Cooley who is always gracious and helpful in every way; the overall experience is a most positive one. I have been a tenant at the Reston location for close to 3 months now. The service and staff are excellent. My first experience when I came to tour the location was with the site manager Sarah. Sarah was a pleasure to work with. She handled my needs from the initial contract to move in. I recommend Metro Offices without hesitation. If you are looking for a great value as a business owner you should consider Metro Offices. The office space and location are great but the staff and services offered are top notch!
The Metro Offices at Plaza America in Reston has been heaven sent. Everything is very organized, clean, and the facility is lovely. The staff, particularly Janelle, is AMAZING! They are SO kind and helpful - always going out of their way to make sure all of our needs are met - from helping install things in my office, to coordinating mailing changes with my firm/gov, they are always ready and willing to lend a helping hand. This is a very professional building. The location is golden, and theres always ample parking downstairs. Being walking distance to the Wholefoods and surrounding restaurants is also a major plus! I have been here for a little over a year now and absolutely love it.
Metro Offices at Reston is a great location to rent office space. The staff is extremely professional and keep the location very lively. They often have interesting get togethers which builds a strong collaboration between different businesses. It always feels like you are part of a big group and not working in a silo. This is particularly great for startups and small businesses. Just to mention a few pros among many; the place is well maintained, clean and close to many restaurants.
