I stopped in looking to make a nail appointment. No one was at the front desk. The couple of stylists that were waiting on customers, turned and looked at me and then continued what they were doing. I wasn’t expecting them to drop what they were doing but they could of at least acknowledged me. I waited for almost 5 minutes and then turned and left. I will look for another salon that is more inviting.
I'm very picky when it comes to my haircuts. I have rarely ever gone back to the same person for haircuts more than twice. Evonna gets it right for me every time. I'm about to schedule my 4th appointment with her. She really knows what she's doing, and is also very sweet and easy to talk to. Additionally, the pricing is really reasonable for Chicago.... $35 for a standard haircut, and if I reacall correctly... just bangs cost either $10 or $12.
My daughter went here july 15 for highlights. She was told they didnt have time. They suggested an all over color and said its less expensive. 3 hours later and $130 she came out with pinapple looking hair. She said the girl doing her hair kept asking another women what to do. Her hair is horrible!
It does not matter if I need a manicure, pedicure, hair color, cut , facial or eyebrows done, at Metro Salon & Spa all the ladies are extremely knowledgable and helpful. I was never disappointed and would highly recommend their services to everyone!

This evening I was there and the women make appointment for haircut at 6:45 pm. I wait approx one hour after they says apologies but the appointment was wrong. So, thank you because I wait one hour for nothing.
