Word cannot express how thankful I am for Sequoyah and Christian today at Salem location. I went in to closed an account that I open about two years ago and was unable to use, I believe who open it did it wrong. They assisted me, fixed my account and even set my app and all. The level of costumer service was outstanding.

I went to make a deposite 2 weeks ago and Jessica Marinez Gomez was amazing. She had answers to all my questions and referred me to a company that does auto insurance for metro customers. I was busy so I couldn't speak to them at that moment, so she had them contact me and saved me a thousand dollars a year on car insurance. Thank you jessica and thank you metro for having such great customer care and hiring genuine honest people. Jessica deserves a raise. Personally she deserve to be a branch manager, customers would love her.
The manager Charlotte and her staff are the best. Your in and out in minutes. I have been to many banks and the service here is the best. Your greeted with a smile and you leave with a smile.
Called every day for past 5 days been on hold for 1 hour + each time. Bottom line they don’t answer the phone .
