Mariama has always been a fitness enthusiast and in August of 2007, she left her 10 year career in banking to pursue her passion for fitness full-time, to manage a corporate wellness center. Mariama's fitness career began as a Group Fitness Instructor. Her energy, motivation, and compassion to help others has made her very successful with a wide range of clients. Throughout her career she has directed and implemented Group Exercise/ Boot camp programs and conducted fitness seminars educating clients and employees on the importance of work/ life balance and incorporating health as a lifestyle. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and enjoys encouraging her clients to recognize their full potential by achieving their health and fitness objectives with tools for circuit training, strength training and weight loss. Her motto is move, sweat and smile! Mariama teaches a variety of fitness classes/ programs ranging from, Boot camp, Body Pump, Body Flow, Cycling, Kickboxing, TRX, Gravity, Mat Pilates and Barre.
