Popped in for some quick slot spins, and it was a pleasant experience. Staff that was available was efficient and friendly. Number of offline kiosk and money machines was off-putting. They did need a little more staffing for that reason alone. Overall chill atmosphere and I left happy and with some very good, large cookies in addition too.
Came again this year for my birthday. The room was nice, it was perfect weather for the pool. The casino was great, and security gave me a $15 coupon for any drinks or food in the place after checking my ID. Drinks were on the house, and the food was great. We also went to see Barbie, and that theater will forever be my favorite 5 stars!
I went for a day during the supposed MGM system shut down. The front desk check in process was great, unfortunately, no upgrades were available or offered. There was also no bellhop available nor luggage carts so I got lucky when I found one in the garage on my way back. There is also no valet so you have to drive all the way around after dropping off your bags to park in the garage then walk through the casino back to bring your bags up. There is no way to go to the hotel from the garage other than cutting through the casino. Rooms are stellar. Only complimentary waters are provided. Ice and vending machine is available on each floor. Casino will take your donation so be cautious, you still have to pay for your hotel room. Pool was closed for the season so couldn’t check that out. Fitness center looked large and had most things you need. Great food options nearby. I’d go back but not during their peak days for the offering.
New England has a lot of casinos, this one is my personal favorite. It’s always an exceptional clean environment, the machines are always in perfect condition. The entertainment is great. The vibe is right and if your lucky you may even just win BIG! If you have a few extra bucks in your pocket and are feeling lucky, take a ride on down to MGM and start pulling those slot machine handles. Good luck and have a great time 10/10
There is one service desk for everything. Inquiries, player cards and cashing ships and tickets. Sunday early evening. Only 2 cashier windows open. Long line to get cash. Elderly people everywhere in line. We ended up standing in line for 40 minutes!!! I asked to speak to the manager of this service desk, and I told him this was un-acceptable. He told me "nothing i can do.. if you want, you can apply for a cashier job". So.. that's that. They could care less. Hopefully people will stop going there.
I love a casino, so much stimulation and excitement. The MGM didn't disappoint. I had a great time playing some slots. Had a fantastic meal in their steakhouse. Was there on a spur of the moment and really enjoyed this experience.Service: 3/5
The best place to lose your money on slots, not the place to come if you don't have a bank roll. Minus 4 stars just so you would read. RTP is set to the minimum, free spins are suppressed and some game features are turned off or set way to low. All medium to high volatile machines. So if you just want to sit and play, this ain't the place for you. Don't get me started on the food court, most MGM's on known for their buffet style eateries. Not here! For a name brand casino $5.00 free play is a joke. Pre-pandemic this place was great, post pandemic this place as falling to the waist side. Parking lot engineer should have been fired on day one, to have a entrance and exit on the same side is moronic. For everyone else good luck losing.
Had a one night stay and left just losing $2 so was a good trip. A beautiful hotel with everything you need and also pet friendly! Fantastic staff, lost $60 on slots but won $58.70 on poker at the bar…thankfully I’m poor and knew when to walk away ! I wish I could’ve stayed 2-3 nights. A wonderful experience all around. Thanks to everyone at the hotel/resort for making it a great stay. I’ll be back one day! Can’t recommend this hotel more. The area is not “the best” but I’m a single adult male and felt very comfortable even walking to the store to get food at night, walk my dog early in the morning was quiet in the area in the early morning and the area around the casino/hotel itself is definitely nice. No reason to leave the resort really anyways unless you want to save a little money on a soda or something. Fantastic stay, thanks! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Rooms: Most comfortable bed on my trip so far, great rooms! Safety: There were some “questionable” people outside at night but I had no issues I just wouldn’t take a family stroll off of the casino/resort at 10 at night if I could avoid it. Again as an adult male, I felt fine and everyone was friendly and helpful. Walkability: Parking is not too hard to get to, for free parking it was amazing and indoor so that’s good for me! Noteworthy details: Very dog friendly!
Only went for theater. Has comfy recliners and good sound quality. Tickets are around 10$ depends on age. Has senior discount. Has food. Beautiful in town complex with free parking. Did not like that was really hard to find theater. Not listed on map, all the way in back on top floor of casino up escalater. Took us 20 minutes to find.
Really nice boutique style hotel. Lobby was very relaxing with a bar and great spots to take photos. Staff was very helpful. Room was very nice and spacious. In room coffee maker and but no mini fridge which was odd to me. Location is convenient right off the highway. Not much to do in the surrounding area if you leave property. A great variety of restaurants and bars throughout the property as well as a coffee shop.
