Food: I ordered the #4 lunch special which was a burrito deluxe I think with rice and beans. Rice: 5/10 moist, but really no flavor Beans: 5/10 great consistency but again no real flavor Burrito: Same story. Executed well but hardly any flavor. Maybe a hint of seasoning in the ground beef. Chips: 10/10. Had a slightly thicker crunch than normal from the free chip fare at Mexican restaurants Salsa: 100/10. Loved this salsa. Full of flavor and def one of my top favorites I've had at a Mexican restaurant. It was so good I asked for a salsa refill not realizing I didn't have many chips left so I used my last big chip as a scoop that I ate the rest of the salsa with before I ate the chip. Overall, I probably won't come back. It wasn't horrible at all, just nothing that blew me away. Low sodium fans will be pleased. Judging from the good reviews, this could certainly be a one-off as far of the flatness of the food. If I didn't love or been able to taste the salsa I would question if I had covid/loss of taste.
I had a delightful dining experience at Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant. The authentic flavors of their dishes truly transport you to Mexico. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting. Whether you're a fan of classic Mexican cuisine or looking to explore new flavors, Mi Casa is the place to be. I'll definitely be returning to savor more of their delicious dishes!
Food was excellent and large portion . Ample parking. Clean rest room. Nice ambiance. Large selection in menu . The fajita with chicken, steak & shrimp was very tasty .
Jimmy was absolutely the best. He stayed on top of everything making sure the salsa and drink never got low and the food was delivered hot. Good price for great food and service. This is now my go to place for great Mexican food.Food: 5/5
My husband and I love this place bc the food is amazing and the service is great! Our server was Jimmy and he was very friendly, courteous and even gave me a margarita flight suggestion. We will definitely go back just bc of Jimmy!Food: 5/5
Tried to give this place one more shot. Table of four. Food came out in 3 phases. My plate was refrigerated on one side and heated on the other. Half the food tasted like it was cooked 5 hours ago and the rest 5 minutes ago. The chips were cold and harder than stone. Service was lacking as always.Food: 2/5
The service was great. Prices reasonable. The food... no. My Tortilla chips tasted at least a day or two old; very stale. I ordered 3 enchiladas and the menu said with Guacamole salad OR rice and beans. I specifically asked for the Guacamole because I do not like rice and beans. Maybe I misread so I went with it. Somewhere under all this is the enchiladas. Didn't taste sauce. Didn't taste cheese. Very bland. To each his own but I didn't like the food.
In my opinion, the best Mexican style restaurant in the area. I have tried multiple dishes, with no complaints. Very good chips and salsa. Reasonable prices. Friendly service. Food always hot and fresh tasting.Food: 5/5
Absolutely awful! I spent over $120 on various items for the whole family. To start with they only gave us two salsas with four bags of chips and I requested extra. When I mentioned it to the lady that handed me the food she got an attitude and wanted to charge extra although I already paid for it. The photo you see is cheese dip with chorizo but it ended up being mostly chorizo fat with a little bit of cheese. Their large guacamole and cheese dip is barely a cup. The guacamole was okay as well as the chicken fajitas for two. Kids meals were okay they didn't complain much although they're under six years old and don't understand what good and bad food is yet. The beef burrito was lacking the beef. The ACP was lacking cheese and there wasn't much meat.
So much has changed with this place from the service to the food . Me and my family eat here at least once a month and we used to do so because service was great , the taste of the food was impeccable and the potions were great as well as it was reasonably priced . But now the service isn’t that great , the food quality has downgraded and we used to always leave with leftovers but now the portions have gotten way smaller and most importantly the food price has increased aroun $5 - $6 , I mean for $70 we should have walked away satisfied and it was totally opposite . Me and my family WILL NOT return . Instead we will go across town out of our way but where we might pay the same but the before mentioned will match the overall price.
