Mi Pueblo

We have eaten here several times and we have always been very pleased with the service and the food. They have really good chips and salsa. You can taste the tequila in their margaritas. Their food is always great and really fresh. On this visit my wife had the grilled shrimp salad and it was awesome, the shrimp were grilled to perfection. My son had the Pineapple fajitas and he loved it and it came out in half a pineapple. I just had the chicken chimichanga and it was really good. They also have some awesome charizo dip.We highly recommend MI Pueblo #9.

The best in town! We love this place and the people that work there! If there is ever an issue, it’s taken care of immediately. Upper management sets the tone for an excellent dining experience. They treat you like family when they get to know you, and always make you feel so very welcome; we’re loyal customers because of it! They have staffed very respectful, conscientious, and hardworking people. The kitchen staff also do an excellent job serving delicious & appetizing food with short wait times!

The $1.99 margaritas are awesome every day from 12:30 - 5:30pm. The food is always good, hot, and timely. The servers are nice and attentive. Restrooms and floors are generally nice and clean. Atmosphere and music and very pleasant. My husband and I started going to the older now closed Mi Pueblo down the road on Elmore 20+yrs ago, before we had even met each other. We began going to this one because it was closer to my parent's house and sister's house and they could meet us there. It's his favorite restaurant so we go here for most of his birthdays. They are small, but can accommodate a large party, and they sing you a song, put a sombrero and a smash of whipped cream on the birthday guy/ gal. We suggest the super Mi Pueblo quesadilla, fajitas, Chile relleno, chips and salsa, cheese dip, chimichangas, etc. My Mom swears by their chicken soup when she is ill. My sister swears by their extra large margaritas when you are down or celebrating. Our kids love going there, but it's also nice, with tall backed booths, for intimate dinners with you and your partner. Kid-friendliness: The restroom is always clean and well-lit. They have high chairs and high backed booths. The atmosphere is upbeat, but not rowdy, even though they have a bar that is well-attended. Kid's drinks are in a styrofoam cup so you don't have to worry about their glasses or about adding to the countless free kids cups you have at home. They have lots of kids meal options, an a la carte menu, and desserts.

I had such high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, the food turned out to be absolutely terrible. It's so disappointing that I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Despite its high rating, it won't be receiving a positive rating from me, sadly.Food: 1/5

A great experience food tasted good the greeter at the door was friendly and told my son happy birthday our waitress was excellent! The only thing I would suggest is to maybe lighten up the place a bit more on a beautiful day.Food: 5/5

My favorite Mexican spot. I had the Papa Mi Pueblo. It's a potato. Can't tell? Because it's loaded with meat, cheese and veggies. I only ordered 2 of the proteins. It comes with 4. Service was great as always.Food: 5/5

We stopped in for lunch. It was our first visit to this location. The atmosphere was great, warm & cozy. The service was great. The food was fine it just wasn’t quite what we are used to in our hometown.Food: 4/5

The service was fantastic! We went at 1pm for a group lunch, drinks and food were served quickly and they checked on us often. Everything was delicious, minus the fish tacos I ordered. They were soggy, but regardless I will be back and try a different dish!Food: 5/5

My husband and I went there after church, 4-2 and we were greeted immediately, seated immediately, and received our chips and salsa right after we sat down. Our server, Christina, was awesome and attentive, and the food was fresh and hot. The manager came by to check on us too. They really have it together! The tamale in my combo meal was the best I've ever had. We will return!

The atmosphere the lighting is too dark. But the service and food on point.Food: 5/5
