I love my doctor here & it is close to my home. But, if you make an appointment don’t expect to be seen until 3-hours after the set appointment time. They also canceled my wife’s appointment and didn’t tell us until we arrived. We made this appointment months ago too. No joke. This place has little-to-no regard for your time. If you can avoid going here - DO.

Would put 0 if the option was available, I have an appointment tme t for 1p.m and its 2:33 and yet again I have 2 more people ahead of me...I.... what in the world is this..... they should close this clinic down or come up with a better system. If you make an appointment here, you better have no plans cause the appoint is for the entire day!!!!

Hello!! Just came back from Miami Beach Community Health Center on 71st street in Normandy Isle. I have been coming to this clinic for over a decade and I cannot say that all my experiences were as awesome as today but if I have to give an average rating it would be 4/5. It was 5/5 today. I had to renew my membership, I went to the second floor of the main building and I was told to go to the ex mini mart in the east corner, now part of the MBCHC. Fill out the paper work in the last box, Maria was my helper with outstanding patience and great service. Always smiling and really helpful. Paper work done and free to go to my appointment at Stanley Myers on Alton Road. This whole operation took me about forty five minutes. I thought it was going to take the entire morning. Thank a lot.

Horrible it seems like the nurses run the show they are not the doctors and they have horrible attitudes! God forbid you should get sick and go as a walking patient because boy you pay for it for our weights 5-hour waits and then still with a nasty attitude!! Never never never ever ever again death is preferable!! Shame on the nurses shame on the doctors and shame on the supervisors that allow it to be run this way!! If I could have given him less than one star believe you me I would have!!

I was positive for COVID at this center on a Tuesday. My results came on Friday. I was scared and confuse without no symptoms at all so I decided take a second test at the Convention Center. 2 tests after pcr and antigen with 2 negative result and tested on the 2 consecutive next days Monday and Tuesday Negative and negative Unreliable test or health care scam? False positive or false negative? Still very confused

The security guard on the first floor it's so disrespectful, he blocked my way and kicked me out of the premises saying that only my wife can be with my son.

My visit was great! Everyone was friendly and there were no lines beyond 1 person. I literally got everything done in about an hour.

Set an appointment at 7 ended up being seen at 4 if you're planning on making an appointment here just make sure you have your whole day schedule open.

The receptionist in the lab is nasty and disrespectful, but the nurses for vaccines are so nice, make that moment wonderful... and in blood test too!!!

Very bad service. Last time I waited four hours to see a Dr. and I had an appointment. Same with my wife. This center does not have any respect for their patients.
