Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever experienced at a “Doctors” office. So bad I question if the short, fat, balding man who called himself “Dr.Phillips” is actually an M.D. Newsflash: If I “Dr” has no privileges to practice at ANY Hospital and accepts NO INSURANCE, STAY AWAY! The entire scam is run out of a 900 ft.² “office” in a C- building in North Miami. The girl on the phone was kind and sounded compassionate but once they have your money that ends. This so called “Dr” Phillips wants you in and out as fast as possible so he can write more prescriptions.I brought both MRI’s and X-Rays as well as Reports showing my prior spiral fractures and compound fractures. He had no interest in seeing them, did no examination and just asked 2 questions. Had I paid and what drug did I want? I wasn’t there for drugs I was there trying to abstain from drugs. Once again, STAY AWAY!

I have been a patient of this clinic for a number of years. I have never had an issue with the Doctor or with the office. The office is run by Daisy. Every Medical office should be run by people like her. She is very interested and is professional in her dealings with the Patients. No matter how busy she may be, you are treated with kindness and respect. Dr. Phillips always has time to ask about our general health, asks about your family, etc. If you need a Pain Management Physician, Dr. Phillips is the Dr. to see!!
