Been a patient for years. You won't believe how much they care about their patients. They turn no one away. The facility has very caring and experienced doctors, nurses and staff. The facility workflow is highly organized, disciplined and professionally ran from top to bottom. Rich or poor, they treat hundreds per day, possibly much more and still I never find the waiting to be too long, based on the understanding of the huge volume of people they treat every day. I've seen some patients disrespect the staff. Not cool and also not sure why the complaints about this great humanitarian clinic. I really love this facility. P.S. Not a singles club but a nice place to meet beautiful women from all over the world.
Since I moved to Miami I’ve been looking for a caring Doctor that’s passionate and dedicated and I’m so thankful & grateful to not only have Doctor Leroy as my doctor but her staff as well. The multiple of times that I’ve been there it’s been an easy, fast space environment. The building is clean and organized.
The staff is friendly, and wait times can be long even with appointments. But at the end, you can be satisfied with the treatments you get and the ease of getting the lab results too.
Great experience! I had been coming with my mom for 3 years, she loves her doctor, we have to wait a little bit but that’s ok. All the staff is very efficient, the waiting room super clean, the nurses very helpful, especially Cristel pita, who helped me with my mom. For the prescriptions, I called the pharmacy a few hour before and I got the medications the same day.
Very good service and a God sent for low-income families. The service was outstanding and faster than we expected for a clinic that sees low-income families. The doctor's bedside manners were great, and the in-processing was painless. About the only not so favorable thing I can say is that parking is scarce, so try to be dropped off instead of driving here.
Excellent service in Room 405 with front desk Sylvia. She went way beyond duties. Also thanks to Natalie, Claudine and my Doctor Yseas for a great job!
I've been coming to this clinic for almost 8 years now. Yesterday I had an appt at 10:45am I checked in at 10:00am knowing about the waiting time of some doctors. They checked my vitals in a very optimistic time, around 11:30am I asked how long should I continue to wait. At 12:30pm I was telling the nurses I needed to leave and at that exact moment someone showed up very conveniently telling me I was next. I left without being seen by the doctor. Just to let you know that when I arrived early at the clinic one lady was in the elevator going to 2 appts one with her PCP in a different floor at 10:30am and another at 11:15am with my same doctor. She entered to the doctor's office before me and she was leaving the clinic by the time I was asking how long more should I wait. Now I'm thinking. This is exactly what discrimination looks like. It's very sad that nurses and doctors don't respect the time of people. I'm glad to know that not everyone in this clinic treat the patients the same way and the administrative staff has been always supportive. Sadly this is a place that works mostly for people that doesn't speak english and aren't in a position to get better service. They know about this in this office and they surely take advantage of it. It's about respecting the time of the people that pays for your service, because nobody works for free in this place.
This place is a mess! Too crowded most nurses can’t speak English or are not helpful they never answer the phones to make appointments they allow ppl to talk loudly with their speaker phone on . Kids running running around the halls and waiting rooms. It’s seems like your in Haiti when you are there! Very disorganized for a clinic setting
This Community health center has a amazing staff , Today it was my first time with doctor Leroy. She was amazing and the nurses too, the front desk William help me a lot with different questions. Now I will come back with my all family
More than once, I have had to wait in the dentist chair for 2 to 3 hours before the doctor even started seeing me. Most of the work they done in my teeth has come undone
