Police need to stop playing with peoples finances. No warnings, just citations. Handing tickets out like candy on Halloween. Driving for 10 years with a clean/perfect record and a MB officer gave me four tickets with a court summons over nonsense. Do better, it’s disgusting.

mbd is always a gamble.  if you get the wrong cop on the wrong day, he/she will trash your constitutional rights.  many of the officers have an attitude and dislike americans in general.  especially if you are lower income or a minority.  maybe they have changed recently but i would warn you to research before venturing too far south in florida.

Saw the video online today and again as per usual a officersgt.Vidaltreating the independent media as her grade schoolers.How do you apply  directives to only citizens with cameras as dozens of citizens walk behind her unaccosted by any officers what so ever?Make your department look good;not trying the power trip of prior restraint so obvios to the viewer!!GOD BLESS AMERICA

Just called to report a scammer who attempted to get money using his children as bait. Hitting me up  two times within 24 hours. When I called I was told to file a report with a detective who was off duty. This is an active and ongoing crime being committed. They told me to file a report. Months long process No action taken.

They came over to mediate a dispute over parking fare that I was being unduly charged. She asked me to listen to her and then proceeded to  take no time to listen to my side. I gave the officer the respect and time to speak which went on to be unreciprocated. The female officer left a bad taste in my mouth and I do not wish her well. This is why people think cops are asssholes.  Good luck.

How do you employ personel that don't even understand the law? How would they enforce laws if they or oblivious to constitutional rights and continue to undermine our constitution. My 10 years old son could do a better job than they can.

Total clowns came to a traffic incident officer demanded my passenger to give his information then proceeded to accuse him of being an illegal.

They don't like people holding cameras recording them while they do their job. Aka, they don't want to be held accountable.

Response time totally awful, don’t need to be transferred to another department, just get an officer out there

Very disappointed in the police department in Miami. We were down there getting on a cruise which leaves out of Miami. Within an hour of being in Miami, we were targeted and our vehicle was vandalized and had several things stolen, including cash. Cameras, purses, etc. this happened on June 23rd.  Since then, we have tried to call and discuss with a detective several times. The woman that my wife spoke to at police dept. was very rude and no help whatsoever. Basically I feel like your police department is useless. You are supposed to be there to protect and serve. Well, I definitely didn't feel safe while I was down there, and definitely didn't feel like you care anything about the people that bring money to Miami and help generate your paychecks. Needless to say. Not happy with your service! And don't care to ever come back to Miami ever again!
