Romanian born owner/baker Michelle is self taught and has been in the USA for over 30 years. Everything she creates is simply amazing. For instance, she began by WOWING!! her customers with her scrumptious cheesecakes, in particular the Peach Amaretto, a creamy peach and Amaretto liqueur cheesecake that sits atop a shortbread cookie crust. Yum!! Over the years her repertoire had evolved into some amazing desserts, like :Dobos Torte: Thin layers of sponge cake are filled and iced with a light chocolate butter cream.
