I got arrested on my 3rd DUI in 9/2022 as you may assume I was absolutely TERRIFIED that I was going to lose my job and face a great deal of time in jail. I contacted Michael and he picked up my call immediately the first time. He explained to me everything I would expect and reassured me that even though, I was facing more serious charges, as long as we worked together and my cooperation and full effort on showing the court my remorse, things would be okay. Like I said before I was extremely anxious about the case with my anxiety through the roof so normally I texted and called Michael very often but Michael would never leave me in question. He would always call me back or text me keeping in contact with me throughout my entire case. Despite him obviously having other clients he made it his mission to give as much attention to my case as he could. I was facing a year in jail. I told Michael that I wanted to try to get alternative sentencing on house arrest but since I'm a multiple offender the courts were more strict and harsh on me. At the end of my case Michael got me alternative sentencing and I don't have that huge weight and fear of loosing my job and everything I've established for myself over this mistake. The fact of the matter is if you want the best outcome of your case no matter what lawyer you hire they will not do the work for you, you yourself have to show your willingness and your seriousness by showing everything through your deeds. With you doing your part in that way, that is how to best work together with your lawyer and get the best outcome possible and that is what Michael and myself did. I'm extremely happy and beyond thankful for his service as well as his office staff and associates who went to court for me when Michael was unable too. Now I can continue with benefiting myself and put all these legal issues behind me.
I just so happened to run into a gf my first day of court, that was finishing up her dui. I’m so grateful she recommended Michael Bialys to me. That same day I called him and he took on my case. Turns out I wouldn’t haven’t even been called up that day and the arresting officer was going to have me just wait around for no reason. Thanks to Michael that didn’t end up happening to me that day. Getting a dui is stressful a enough, but Michael and James were there for me the whole way and helped make it less stressful. I highly recommend going to them. I do not plan on ever having to go through this again. But for those of you having to deal with this. Michael and James are the way to go.
My husband's case was paid for by us and was supposed to be handled by the dui man. The case was not dealt with for 2 yearsbut 1 and only accomplished a DUI hearing that my husband had to turn around and correct you on for him to further drive until his criminal case was closed. I get it you are "A DUI MAN", but if you could not handle the case you should not have made yourself or your law firm available. Also paralegals sent in should be experienced with the client/the case. I was present every court date and we were not represented with confidence, faith or determination. We pushed for our voice to be heard more than you and the case was not important enough for you because you felt your client who paid you should allow what you thought was right with no sense of knowing the people you are put in front of as a judicial team. All contact made by you was by phone or text and you showed in court one time. Mitigation was incomplete and any interaction with the DA was incompetent. So you may want to reconsider what cases you take on that have nothing to do with DUIs.
Hire Micheal's team! They took care of all my court and DMV appearances. I missed two days of work for two mandatory appearances. James Speights was my attorney and reviewed all dash and body cam footage. His due diligence was the reason I was able to get one charge completely dismissed. My conviction result was the least the State could enforce. Due to State Mandates Hire the DUI Man!! His team is truly Da Man!!!!! Thank you!
Michael and James are a top notch legal team that truly came through on my case! I was very concerned about my outcome do to a previous challenge and was really uncertain until the end how it was going to unfold. What I appreciate about Michael was his honestly and sincerity about the probability of the case. Michael also mentioned that he could leverage some important information that would hopefully be in our favor. All said and done, it was the best outcome it could be! James really made me feel calm with his friendly demeanor and helped me to the very end. If you ever need a firm that will go to bat call "The DUI MAN!"

100% worth every penny spent. They kept me out of jail and were very thorough about keeping in contact to make sure i knew exactly what needed to be done and when I needed to do it. He also just got my charges expunged. I would recommend the Dui man to anyone dealing with this situation. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer and law office. This man is a fraud, got over on me for over $10,000 dollars!! I’m a single parent of 2, he never appeared in court he sent multiple paralegals to where I had to continuously repeat my case to 6 different attorneys!! I paid 2,000 for the retainer fee and $8,000 for trial that we didn’t attend due to Covid but he won’t refund my money!! Avoid this man at all cost!! Also most of the information that I provided to this attorney’s office was sought out by me. I have an attorney now Steve Slavit is amazing!! UPDATE: In response to his to his response, Steve Slavit has not been paid by you he’s done everything probono due to your lack of care in this case we never went to trail we are 4 years in because of you and my drivers license was suspended under your retainer!! So again you are fraud and you did not work my case, I can name everyone who did though and none of them work for your firm anymore!! You made no effort to help me! I had DMV hearings that you left me in the dark about until I got a letter of suspension. It was only with the help Steve Slavit that I obtained my drivers license! If you’re not a fraud you can refund my money, you never showed up to a hearing! I’m definitely praising Steve Slavit you definitely, you definitely did put him on my case with no pay! Have a blessed day!!
