My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Michael Hill Richmond Centre in January 2021. We have the three-year extended warranty so we have been coming here for regular cleanings and warranty checks ever since. We most often see Katrina who provides exceptional service during every visit. We will definitely be making future jewelry purchases here. Thank you Katrina!
I had a good shopping experience ordering an wedding band ring from this store. I had the store manager as well as the store associate Molly assist me during my shopping experience. However, I am not happy with the execution delivery. I told them that I will be going on a trip and I needed the ring before a specific date and they said “Confidently” that they can expedite and deliver it before I left for my trip. Trusting their word, I decided to go through with purchasing the item. They did not hit their promise of delivering their word and did not give me a follow up call that my item will be delayed. As a customer, don’t give false expectations and not deliver. To me, It just seems like they just care about their sales pitch, rather than the customers requests and needs. Im very disappointed.
We had a great experience at the store today, Molly and Arjun provided with great customer service. We had been looking for a gift for over 2 weeks had been to at least a dozen jewelry stores, but no seemed to be interested in helping us. The moment we walked in to the store Molly greeted us and showed us all the stuff we were interested in. We had just walked in excepting the same treatment but were completely blown away with the awesome experience, kudos to both Molly and Arjun you both were awesome will surely visit again
Five stars! This experience was amazing because of the store manager she made us feel absolutely Comfortable. She spoke with us in a very friendly approachable manner. She was very informative and didn't seem pushy at all. Absolute best customer service! Thank you !! The sencond time I went to another staff to purchase ear rings she was hepful too and gave me a nice service.
I loved the service! Steven Ren helped me and my partner pick out two black diamond ring. He is very patience and spent alot of time with us. I felt very comfortable. Great experience in store and I really appreicated his help!
Today my fiancé and I went shopping for a bridal set. At first we stopped into Peoples Jewelers, I didn't feel a good vibe in the store, and the rings i looked at and tried on just wasn't for me. So we decided to go over to Michael Hill, right away I felt good vibes and I had the most amazing sales associate take care of me right away. Kiran was AMAZING she asked me what i was looking for, what kind of cut i was looking for, if i liked white, Rose or Yellow gold, and what my budget was. I tried on a few rings until I found the perfect set, but unfortunately it was outside my budget. this is when Kiran went above and beyond, she asked us to wait a few minutes, she went to the back of the store and came out with her manager. They brought the price down to my budget and not only that they paid my taxes and paid half of my life time warranty. Both Kiran and her manager i'm sorry i forgot his name were the most AMAZING sales people i have ever met. Customer service 100% AMAZING. I recommend this store and there sales associates to Everyone i know.
The sales person Molly is amazing! She was very patient to help me and find me a nice ring with a good price. Definitely will be back for shopping here again.
Truthfully, I had a rather dissatisfying interaction with the salesgirl on Saturday. After I mentioned my budget was 1500 dollars on 18th september at 1 pm, the shop lady was extremely rude at me and said that we don't have cheap products. I tried to tell her to bring a ring, but she kept saying we don't carry cheap stuff, the budget is tight. The word cheap confuses me since my budget is fair. She is a south Asian girl. In truth, I am not buying my ring from you and I have a flexible budget. Depending on what I have to buy for the rest of my bridal jewelry sets, I can go as high as even $5k.
I was nervous because I needed a gift for my girlfriend and did not know what to buy. After speaking with Arjun, he is a true jewellery expert and gave me numerous suggestions. We settled on a pair of diamond studs. He gave me a good price, and I will definitely recommend and be back
EDIT: came to do return. 4 people on the floor, one washing the glass, two assisting customers. Waited 15 minutes. Finally the store manager has the nerve to ask if someone was helping me. “No, but she was washing the glass and standing around the entire time I was here.” Manager apologized, Carmen overhears and says “oh I’m sorry”. Continues to stand. No one helps me for another few minutes until the manager finally completes her task. EDIT: purchased yesterday and garbage ankle bracelet broke 17 hours after purchase. Returning today. 11/17/2018 Horrible customer “service”! One star because I went in and bought what I needed. Never felt respected or appreciated. Carmen kept looking behind me at other customers, never made eye contact, not even when I was leaving with my purchase. Was extremely distracted, chatting with coworkers and kept looking at every other person in the store except me. Didn’t let me properly look at the trays/racks I requested and kept them too close to herself or would try to snatch away from me if I picked up to look. No idea how I’m supposed to see anything if she’s constantly pawing at it. She was obviously paranoid I’d grab something and run off. Take a Xanax and back off Carmen. Management needs to hire employees who properly know how to handle clients and make a sale. Not returning and don’t recommend.
