Very big selection very well priced and easy returns if you need to take it back i belive I got 30% on everything just pay attention because some things the sale is final I don’t like that but was a good experience! Also very small but they sell shoes!

We have a patient that has needed set up on a cpap machine for several weeks. We had initially sent an order to an outside DME and when she was contacted to be set up, the price that she was given wasn’t going to be feasible for the patient. The company that she was working with didn’t offer any options to her and continued to state that her only option was to pay the amount that she had been given….. I did a follow up call with the patient today to see if she had any questions or to see if she had considered changing her DME option and I mentioned Dasco. I told the patient that I had heard that there are some times that refurbished machines had come available and asked the patient if she would like to get more information and she agreed so I transferred her to Connie @ the Richmond branch. Within 45 minutes Connie was calling me to let me know that the patient would be coming in to purchase a machine through Dasco and asked that I send an order to get the process going so the patient wouldn’t have to wait. Not only did they take time to talk to the patient about her options, they took time to listen and followed up with our office to keep us informed so that the patient could be followed up with. I know working in a healthcare environment we tend to hear the negative and frustrastion and wanted to acknowledge this awesome outcome and give credit where it’s due! Please let Connie and all of the staff at the Richmond branch know that we appreciate them. If they were a Reid employee I’d send a GEM but I think Dasco calls them …Fish??? They are all absolutely deserving!!!

Always very accommodating. If an item is not available they can order it. Very knowledgeable when it comes to how each brand will fit. Because not all scrubs fit the same. Thanks for all you do!!

Robert was super nice and caring when he delivered the humidifier for my mom's Oxygen concentrater. It was an after hours call and he still tool his time with us.
